It was all going good. Mohsin purposely sat at the very back because he didn't want to face his dad.

Rishi was sitting beside him, observing his facial expressions and his body tensing up.
He knew that his bestfriend was scared to face his dad.

Ofcourse Mohsin loved his dad and his dad loved him, but their relationship was not a perfect one. They used to be upset with eachother constantly because of their difference in opinions. This never stopped Mohsin from doing what he liked, he fought for his rights and choices in life, which he will continue to do.

Gladly, Mohsin and his father, Faheem Khan, had agreed for the first time when it came to choosing his career as a doctor. This wasn't all though. Faheem was the trustee of one of the best colleges in Kolkata and he wanted to use his authority to get Mohsin admitted in that college. Mohsin refused to let his father's identity influence his admissions in any way.
After a lot of persuasion, his mother, Nafeesa, brought them down for a compromise.
Mohsin could do his B.Sc. in any college because of his good scores. The condition was that he would study in his father's college and Faheem wouldn't intervene the admission process.

Everything was going smoothly until today. Mohsin was very close to his mother, so he often spoke to her on phone calls. Mohsin would speak to his dad once in a while too. Although he always avoided facing him in the college, even when he hardly made an appearance there.

Like always he didn't want to be seen today. That's the reason he was hiding behind the crowd. Almost all the students were present. Some people were not interested so they stayed back in their hostels.

Shivangi was sitting in the front row because she had to assist Karan in the training. She was made the project leader from their college. Mohsin felt sad being seated so far from her.

The trustees were yet to arrive.
Rishi thought of distracting him by teasing him with Shivangi's name.

"Kya bhai? Shivangi se itni durr kyun baitha hai? Chhup chhup ke deedaar karne ka iraada hai kya?"
Rishi nudged him with his elbow.
His plan worked and Mohsin blushed a little.

"Tu chup reh...teri setting kya hui mujhe toh bhul hi gaya hai tu."
Mohsin rebuked.

Rishi was about to say something but was cut off by a familiar voice on the mic.

"Good morning students and staff members. I'm Faheem Ahmed Khan, honoured to be a part of this event, held in our prestigious college. I hope the practice session held today, will help you realise the rejuvenating energy of yoga. Good luck everyone."
Faheem ended his speech and went to the sitting area for the committee members.
The other two trustees also started giving their welcome speeches.

Mohsin saw his father almost after six months. He got a little emotional and decided to see him later when the practice session was over.
