Thursday, October 6, 4:30 p.m.

I'm a little muddle-headed right now like why would he ask me out for coffee, we just met. Well, I should never have said yes to this. It's been half an hour and he is just talking about himself.

"So, tell me something about you," he says finally.

"Like what?" I take a sip of my coffee.

"Like what you like to do?" no one has ever asked me this question before. To be honest, even I don't know what I like to do.

"Umm, I don't know. I have never focused on anything besides my studies,"

"So, you are a nerd,"

"Ouch!" now we are both giggling.

I rest my chin on my hand and look outside the window. It's beautiful.  He looks at me with his lovely blue eyes and says,

"Do you love studying..." he pauses for a little bit and then says, "From your heart?" I look down at my coffee and hold it with both of my hands. I do not  say anything for a second and then,

"I have never thought this before," I nod. He also starts looking down at his coffee, and for a minute, we sit in silence. A second later, a message pops up on my phone. It's Laura, I open the message,

She: Girl where are you?

"Oh, no! It's 5 O'clock already" I panic

"What happened?" he asks

"I had to go shopping with my friend to buy a dress for the homecoming party," I explain.

"I thought that somebody died," why is he always joking?

"Ha.Ha.Ha. Very funny," I say in sarcasm

"Can I drop you there?" he offers

"No need" I refuse

"Well, it's your choice, if you want to get late then okay" he has a point, and if I get late Laura is gonna kill me for sure.

    "Ok," I agree

We head to the parking lot and stand in front of his motorcycle,

"We are going on a motorcycle?" I give him a surprised look.

"Yes, you scared, buttercup?" he teases me and then sits on the motorcycle.

"No, of course not," he hands me a helmet, and then I hop on the bike. I wrap my arms around his waist and rest my head on his back.

"Hold tight!" he says loudly.

After a few minutes, we are almost there. It seems like the sun is going to set very soon.

"So, who is your date for the homecoming?" he asks and I hope he does not ask me to be his date for homecoming.

"No one," I reply

"Not even your friend?" he asks, seems like he is very curious about it.

"Nope,"

When we reach I find Laura looking at her watch angrily, but when she sees me, she gives me a  who-is-that-hot-guy-with-you look.

I get off of the bike and thank him for dropping me off. He leaves and now I am walking toward Laura.

"Who is he?" she asks me

"Nick," We enter the store.

"Nicholas Graham?!" she is acting like I met an actor instead of nick.

"Yeah, and I just went on a date with him," I look through some dresses.

"You went on a date with him?!" now it seems like she is gonna have a heart attack.

"Yes," now everybody is looking at us, thanks to Laura.

"He is the most handsome guy in our school," she says, which I think is so not true.

"I don't know about handsome, but he is a dick for sure," I say.
