I woke up to Alexa coming in with a tray of eggs, bacon, and glass of orange juice.

"Morning you have work so I made you this'' Alexa said placing the food on the night stand.

"Thank you'' "Welcome babe I check and the mess downstairs is gone'' she said and I nod.

I quickly eat my food and get up to shower and get dressed. I grabbed my keys and said bye to Alexa then headed out the door.

Hopefully I don't see Ace today, even though I want to see him. We will talk after work.

"Morning Miss. Ross'' the front desk lady said with a smile. "Morning'' i said quickly going to my office.

I go in my office putting my papers on my desk.

"Hello, can you direct me to Mr. Russo office?'' a woman said, she had black hair lots of make up and you could see most of her breast.

"Right this way'' i said getting up and walking around the corner. I knocked on Ace door and heard him say 'Come in'.

I open the door and the woman walked in with a big smile on her face. I look up to see Ace already looking at me. I give him a small smile and i was to close the door

"Miss. Ross can you come in to? Please'' Ace ask I nod and walked in.

The lady smile faded because she didnt get to be alone with him. I mean i would to he is the hottest man i seen before.

Ace motioned his hand for me to come by his side, so i walked towards him. He grabbed my waist so i was close to him. God i missed his touch im craving for more.

"So Miss. Cramer what can i do for you?'' Ace asked look down at some papers and not even giving the lady a glance.

"I was thinking i can be your assistant? Or be a replacement'' she ask smirking at me.

"Yeah you can but i need one for my COO'' he said looking up at me. COO? He doesnt have a COO.

"Miss. Ross is the COO'' he looked at the woman. "Oh. why can't i be your assistant?'' "Because i don't need one. My wife does'' Ace spoke sternly at her knowing the hint why she wants to be a assistant for him.

"Wife?'' she works for you, you can't do that'' "she doesn't work for me, I mostly work for her even though im the CEO'' he leans his head on me.

"Oh then never mind'' she rolled her eyes. "Whore'' I mumbled. She walked out slamming the door.

"So wife?'' i said turning to him. "mhm? '' he said not looking up.

"You have papers to work on I'll talk to after i still want to explain about last night'' he looked up and had a small smile. I nod.

After work

"Ready?'' Ace ask leaning on the door frame. "Yep'' I got up grabbing my coat and walked out feeling a hand on my lower back.

"I miss you so much I hope you don't leave me after i tell you.'' Ace whispered to me.

We got to the coffee shop Alexa was already there, glad it was after her shift. We sat down in silence for couple minutes.

"So?'' Alexa started first.

"Okay you can't tell anyone and when i tell you this you will understand why...'' he dragged off. We nod for him to go on.

"As you guys know I'm a owner of my company but i own more then that...I cown clubs, restaurants, shopping stores, hotels, many houses in different countries. And I'm a dangerous man i was dragged into this lifestyle.'' he said tapping the coffee cup.

"You won't believe this but I'm apart of the mafia. I kill people for a living. When you start you can't get out. I'm the leader or don of the Italian mafia...My father was but he couldnt do it anymore and he retired.'' 

"Oh my god-'' alexa said quietly. I just looked down at my drink shocked. My leg was bouncing up and down. I was with a dangerous man.

"So what about that guy last night?'' I blurted out.

"He was a enemy'' Ace said. "He said cousin though'' Alexa said looking up at Ace.

"Yeah he betrayed us and we became apart of the russians. And i killed him because he was going to kidnap Grace.'' he said fast looking at me with concern.

"Can I ask you a question?'' I ask looking up. He nods. "Well i know your mother passed but what happen to her?'' I said not knowing if thats to personal. 

"You don't have to answer if you don't want to-'' "She was killed by my father'' he looked down. I grabbed his hand 

"I'm sorry..'' 

"You deserve to know about me and my pass, Grace'' I just stared at him. I didn't know what to say.

"I need some time to think'' i said getting up.

 "Take as long as you can, love'' he said drinking the rest of his coffee. Me and Alexa went home and alexa just dropped her things.

"I can't believe he in the fucking mafia-'' Alexa covered her mouth in shock. "I know'' 

"You would have to be safe if you go back with him Grace'' 

"I know'' I said again.
