So...something happened in school a few weeks ago and I'm still really pissed about it so obviously I'm gonna rant online because what else would I do.

So basically we had a science project, and my group had to think of a name. We were throwing some names around like The Awesomes and The Frogs and random stuff like that.

So, then this white boy says, "What if we do one white and three blacks?" And burst out laughing.

Everyone in our group went dead silent.

Then I said, "First of all, that's racist and wrong. Second of all, no one in our group is black. We're brown." This was true. All the 3 other people in our group, including me, were brown.

Then, instead of apologizing, this guy had the audacity to say, "Fineee, let's do something else."

WHAT. THE. FRIGG.

This dude literally thinks that Black and White are the only races known to wo/man and people, and he doesn't even apologize. I could tell the other two people in our group were pissed, but they didn't say anything.

We eventually settled on a name, but that was still wrong, what he said.

This wasn't even the only time he said something like this.

This boy and I were talking, about a month later, with some other people, and he thought I was lying about something. I forgot what it was, but he said, "Remember, Jesus cries blood when you lie."

Now, I have nothing against Christians, I accept everyone. I didn't even know if this statement was true or not. But since I'm not Christian myself, I couldn't relate to this, so I said, "I'm not Christian."

I had every right to say this. I was just saying the truth.

Then he said, as if about to make fun of me, "What are you, Hindu?"

"Yes,"

"Oh," he replied, as if someone has just ruined a joke for him. Which, I probably did. He was probably about to insult Hindus, from the tone of his voice to the way he was smiling as he said it.

I hate this boy so much, and I can confirm he is racist, based on the stuff my friends told me he said to them.

Racism is wrong, and you should never support it.

That's all I had to say. Thank you for listening to my Ted Talk.
