In a quiet forest, a distant cry pierced the air, capturing the attention of a young boy named Muichiro. His water-green eyes widened as he turned to his older twin brother, seeking confirmation.

"Did you hear that, Nii-San?" Muichiro asked, his voice filled with concern.

The elder brother shook his head dismissively. "Damn, Muichiro, you're going crazy. Focus on our work," he replied, pointing towards a stack of axes.

But the desperate plea for help grew louder, echoing through the trees and tugging at Muichiro's heart. Convinced of its authenticity, he darted away from his brother, determined to find the source.

"Muichiro!!" his elder brother's worried cry echoed behind him, but Muichiro paid no heed as he sprinted towards the origin of the screams.

As he reached what seemed like an abandoned house, Muichiro cautiously looked around, his eyes scanning for any signs of danger. His gaze fell upon a trail of muddy footprints leading inside. With a surge of adrenaline, he gripped his ax tightly and proceeded further.

Hiding behind a corner, Muichiro's eyes widened as he witnessed a horrifying scene. A girl, about his age, wept inconsolably while an adult menacingly brandished a wooden stick near her. Behind them, a couple cried desperately, cradling a wounded child in their arms.

Fueled by a surge of protective instinct, Muichiro couldn't stand idly by. "Get away!" he shouted, his water-green eyes blazing with determination. The attacker, taken aback, swore loudly and attempted to strike Muichiro, narrowly missing his hand.

As the threat retreated, Muichiro turned his attention to the girl, gently wiping away her tears. "Are you alright?" he asked, his voice filled with genuine concern.

Nervously, she responded, "Nii-Chan...is he okay?" Her voice trembled, revealing her shyness and fear.

Assuring her with a warm smile, Muichiro replied, "I'm Tokito Muichiro. And yes, he's going to be okay."

Relieved, the girl introduced herself as Kamado Nezuko, showing her gratitude with a tight embrace. "Thank you... Emm...?" she hesitated, awaiting his name.

"I'm Tokito Muichiro," he cheerfully introduced himself. "I'm glad you're well, Nezuko-san."

Nezuko blushed at his kind words and hugged him again, still shaken by the ordeal. As they walked together, Muichiro accompanied Nezuko and her family back to their home, a newfound bond forming between them.

Little did they know that this chance meeting would blossom into a beautiful friendship and, perhaps, hold the potential for something more in the future.
