He looked at Anjali and started saying - You know Mujhe jhuth bilkul nhi psnd. Jo log mujhse jhuth bolte hai ya phir kuch chhipate hai, I don't like them. I like honesty. Aur jab baat meri family, friends and fans ki ho tab toh nafrat hai mujhe unlogon se jo mujhse jhuth bolte hai ya kuch chhipate hai
He said all these while looking at Anjali but she didn't look at him even once.
R - ohhh aisi baat hai
D - hmm...toh chalo ab agar ye bata hi Diya hai toh tumlog bhi bol hi do...kbhi tumlogon ne mujhse kuch chipaya ho ya jhuth bola ho toh...abhi main tumhe maaf kar doonga but baad me..mushkil hai...toh chalo sab ab jldi jldi confess kro
R - no...meri taraf se toh kuch nhi hai
D - pakka
R - yes...kyu tumhe kuch lgta h kya
D - are nhi nhi...main toh aise hi puch rha tha
Then he looked at Anjali who still was looking down. He was expecting her to say something but she didn't say anything. She was still looking down. After sometime, Ritu started picking up the dishes when she said - Anjali...tu?...tujhe kuch confess Krna hai ise?
And then she went to kitchen.
As Ritu said this, she moved her head up and started looking at Darshan. Both were staring at each other; Darshan with thoughts of confessions and Anjali with thoughts of what she saw few hours ago. He noticed her eyes were moist. Anjali was looking at him and thinking - confess toh bohot kuch karna hai but kuch bacha hi nhi hai confess karne ko because you and Ritz are... While Darshan was thinking - Anjali kar do confess...chup kyu ho...bol do na ka tum hi woh fan ho..bolo
Both said nothing to each other just kept staring at each other till Ritu came back.
R - so now?
As she came, Anjali broke the eye contact, stood up from there and directly went to her room without showing her eyes to Ritu.
D - ab I think bohot raat ho gyi hai...I should go now
R - yeah ok bye
D - bye good night and once again happy birthday
R - thank you and good night
He gave a side hug to her and went away. He was smiling till now but as he went out of the house, his smile disappeared. He was angry with Anjali now. While driving, He was continuously thinking about Anjali - tumne confess kyu nhi kiya...aakhir tum chahti kya ho...maine tumhe ek mauka bhi diya sab kuch sach sach batane ka but pata nhi kya dushmani hai tumhe mere se...gift bhi deti ho phir chipati bhi ho...I just hate this(banging his hand on the stair). On the other side, as Darshan went out of the house Ritu entered Anjali's room. She found her sitting on the bed with pillow in her lap deeply thinking about something. She went near her and sat beside her. She was still lost somewhere. Ritu kept her hand on her shoulder only then Anjali came back to her senses and looked towards her.
R - what
A - what what?
R - what happened
A - mtlb?
R - mtlb ki ye tu itni shant kyu hai
A - kon main
R - haa tu
A - nhi toh kuch bhi toh nhi
R - jhuth mat bol Anjali...main tujhe kab se dekh rhi hoon..woh toh uss waqt Darshan tha isiliye main kuch bol nhi paayi...jab se tu college se wapas aayi hai pata nahi tujhe kya ho gya hai...ekdam shant hai tu
Anjali remembered the moment when she came back from college and after what she saw in Ritu's room, her Excitement disappeared.
A - nhi aisa kuch nhi hai...woh fests ko lekar thodi tension ho rahi hai...kuch problem ho gyi h preparations mein... that's why
R - oh...toh pehle batana tha na pagal mujhe lga kya ho gya hai ise
A - kuch nahi...chal ab jaa...jaake so ja aur mujhe bhi sone de..kal subah hi college jaana hai
R - ok bye good night
A - Good night
And faked a smile to Ritu. Ritu went to her room and slept.
Next day, Anjali was sleeping in the morning. Bcz she just cried the whole night. So she fell asleep early morning. She didn't go to college and had locked her room from inside. Ritu knocked the door but she didn't open. She thought she must have taken a day off. So she didn't disturb her. It was afternoon when Anjali woke up. She saw the time. It showed 3:30 PM. She quickly woke up in a jerk that she is late today for college. She started thinking how she woke up that late when the last day incident hit her mind. As she remembered this, she again fell on bed, covered her with comforter and started thinking something. She was unaware of the tears rolling down. She was broken a lil bit. Then she controlled herself, got up from the bed. She got ready for the college. She went to college then to prepare for the fests. At 7PM, she came back. As she entered the living room, she saw Ritu dressed up. She was just seeing her surprised when Ritu noticed that and said - are aise kya dekh rhi h...Darshan ne bulaya hai
She thought they might be going on a date and without uttering a word, she went to her room. As she went to her room, she locked it from inside and sat on the floor with her back on the door. She was startled as Ritu told her DARSHAN NE BULAYA HAI. She was feeling her heart breaking more and more. She didn't know herself what was going on in her heart. There was a war going on between her heart and mind. She couldn't see her love with someone else. She couldn't see Ritu and Darshan together. But she also couldn't see her bestfriend sad atleast after whatever had happened to her in the past. She thought Ritu had already faced so much, so she(A) is noone to spoil her happiness. She deserves to be happy. So she was ready to accept their relationship. But the only thing was hurting her that Ritu hadn't told her yet about their relationship. She was thinking all these and crying when Ritu shouted from outside - Anjali?
Anjali wiped her tears and went to her bed and said - haa bol
R - Darwaza khol
A - kya hua
R - are khol na
A - are ek min
She went to the door, opened it and made a face like annoyed so that Ritu can't get her cried face and said - bol kya hua...itna chilla kyu rhi h
R - jaldi se ready ho jaa
A - Hein
R - are haa woh...

At approx 5 PM, Darshan called Ritu and invited her for his birthday party which he had kept for his friends.
D - toh Ritu ready ho jaana..ok?...7-8 ke beech me aa jaana..ok?...m address text kar dunga
R - ok..ek min
D - what
R - aur Anjali?
As he heard her name, his mood went off
D - tumhe lagta hai woh aayegi
R - kyu
D - are abhi tumhi ne toh kha ki woh shyd college gyi hai and since aaj late gyi h toh late hi aayegi na...aur...
R - aur kya
D - aur toh aur woh thak bhi jayegi...I don't think so ki woh aayegi
R - You know her more than me?...Uske paas itni energy hoti hai na...party ke naam pe toh agar 10 din se soyi bhi nhi hogi na phir bhi usme energy aa jayegi
D - ohk..toh use bhi le aana
R - okk

R - are haa woh Darshan ke bday pe uske friends nhi the na isiliye usne ek party rkhi hai so hume bhi bulaya hai
As she said this, Anjali looked at her and thought she was wrong. But the next moment she thought, it could be a surprise plan for Ritu. She was thinking all these when Ritu said - oyeee...kha kho gyi...jldi se ready ho jaa
A - Main nhi jaa rhi
R - kyu
A - aise hi
R - Jyada nautanki mat kar yarr...chup chap chal
A - are mujhe nhi jaana baba...tu jaa na
R - tu chl rhi h ki nhi...chl na yrr...phir main bhi nhi jaa paungi aur mujhe jaane ka bihit bohot bohot man hai
A - are toh tu jaa na...tujhe jaane se kisne roka...aur agar main nhi gyi toh tu kaise nhi jaa payegi...kuch bhi mat bol
R - tu nhi jayegi toh main bhi nhi jaungi..bas...aur mujhe jaane ka bohot man hai...toh tu soch le mere na jaane ke peche tu hi wajah bnegi
A - chl chl jyada dimaag khrb mat kar...mujhe bohot kam hai..tu jaa aur enjoy kar (pushing her outside of her room)
R - mtlb tu chl rhi h
A - no...only you are going
R - but Anu...
She was saying this but Anjali closed her door room. She didn't want to be kabaab me haddi between Ritu and Darshan. So she decided to stay back. As she closed the door, Ritu took her phone and called Darshan.
D - hello...ready ho gyi?
R - haa
D - haa toh aao na...are ruko...m usi raaste se jaa rha hoon..I will pick you up
R - uski koi zaroorat nhi hai
D - kyu...ohk fine tum already pohoch gyi ho right
R - no
D - hein..mtlb
R - mtlb ki ye main nhi aa rhi hoon
D - whatt
R - yess
D - but why
R - because Anu nhi aa rhi hai
As he heard this, his temper rised.
D - but why
R - I don't know
D - are but woh nhi aa rhi toh kya hua...atleast tum toh aa jao
R - nhi...m uske bina kahi nhi jaa rhi
D was in anger now and said - ohk wait...I am coming...main usse baat karta hoon
R - ohk fine
Ritu thought Darshan will console her to come for sure afterall she is crazy for him so much so how can one deny to him.
After sometime, Darshan reached to their flat. Before entering there, he calmed down himself and entered the living room and found only Ritu there.
D - kha h woh
R - room me
D went to her room and was about to open the door but found it locked. He knocked on the door.
A - Ritz mujhe nhi jaana yrr...maine bola na tu jaa
D - Anjali.. it's me Darshan...now open the door
As Anjali heard this, she thought what he is doing here. She opened the door and saw Darshan infront of her in party wear. She was scared a lil bit as she saw him. She could clearly see some bit of disappointment in his eyes. She stepped back and said - Come
He went in and said - Ready ho jao..late ho rhe hai hum
Anjali gathered courage to say no.
A - amm..woh...I don't want ho go...I mean I can't come
D - But why
A - woh actually...I...I..I have some work
D - please come otherwise Ritu too won't come
A - woh jayegi...tum aaye hi ho toh use lekar jao
D - are woh tumhare bina nhi jayegi yrr
A - are woh jayegi..hato let me talk to her
Anjali went outside and said - Ritz...pls na yrr chali Jaa..smjh na pls
R - no...tu jayegi toh main jaungi otherwise kahi nhi jaungi
Hearing this, Anjali said nothing and went inside her room. Darshan too sent behind her.
D - what
A said nothing; was just looking down
D - bolo kuch...why aren't u understanding her (he was talking in loud voice to her )
A now got furious and said - are kya problem hai tumhari...mujhe nhi jaana toh nhi jaana...
D too got furious and said - tumhe jaabe ke liye koi bol bhi nhi rha... It's just Ritu jiske karan tumhe puch rha hoon... without u, she isn't ready even to say yes to go
A got hurt hearing this and said - are woh nahi jaa rhi toh main kya Karu haa...maine use pakad toh nhi rkha hai ki tum mat jao...mujhe nhi jana mtlb nhi jaana...aur woh nhi jaa rhi toh nhi jaa rhi isme tum itna kyu force kar rhe ho use
She was jealous now hearing her name more and more from his mouth.
D said nothing. He just got out of the room and said to Ritu - Ritu tum jao
R - haa?
D - main bol raha hoon ki tum jao...neeche driver ko maine bol diya hai...woh tumhe pohocha dega
R - aur Anjali aur tum?
D - Anjali abhi ready hogi toh maine use lekar aata hoon
Ritu thought to give them some privacy so she agreed.
R - okk but jaldi aana
She went. As she went, D locked the main door from inside then went to Anjali's room. As he entered there, he saw Anjali sitting on the bed with an angry and crying expression. Here Anjali heard the door of locking room so she thought both had gone do she sat on the bed and started crying with an expression of anger on her face.
