CHAPTER 38

Next morning, both were sleeping peacefully in his room. It was their 5th day in Goa. Darshan woke up little and in his sleep he was spreading his arms unaware of the fact he was on couch and so fell down.

D - ouchh

He came in senses. He saw all around him and understood the situation. He immediately looked at Anjali who was sleeping on the bed peacefully. He sat near her and caressed her hair and smiled.

D - Good Morning beautiful...ye abhi tak uthi nhi hai...nimbu Pani lau kya iske liye...agar ise headache hua toh but isne drink thodi kiya tha...ek kaam krta hoon le hi aata hoon

He called the receptionist and asked to bring breakfast along with lemon juice in his room. He again looked at her and went to washroom to get freshen up. He was taking shower when she woke up little. She opened her eyes and observed her surroundings. She remembered the last night incident and got panicked. Only then the door bell rang. She thought it might be Darshan at her door so she didn't move and heard sound of moving door Knob. She looked towards washroom still lying on the bed and saw Darshan in towel wrapping his lower region coming out of the washroom. She was confused to see him but immediately closed her eyes imitating she is sleeping. Darshan took the breakfast and lemon juice and kept it on the side table and again entered washroom.

She opened her eyes and started thinking - ye...(observing the room)...ye toh Darshan ka room h par m yha kaise...o haa may be meri room keys nhi mili hogi.

She got up from the bed. She didn't want to talk to him so without telling him, she took her blazer and took out keys. She took her heels in her hand and was opening the door slowly making no noise when from behind,

D - Anjali

She stopped and got scared. He came towards her, took heels and keys from her left hand and kept them aside. Then he held her right hand and turned her towards him. She saw him shirtless and as she saw him, the last night kiss flashed in front of her eyes. As she remembered that, she immediately closed her eyes and looked in other direction.

D - kha jaa rhi ho

She was ashamed of what she did last night. Gathering courage,

A - a..apne room
He left her and said - pehle ye nimbu Pani pi lo aur breakfast kr lo phir chali jaana
A - m..maine brush nhi kiya h
D - washroom mein extra brush h jao jakr brush kro aur breakfast kro pehle

She did as he said. She did her breakfast quietly avoiding any eye contact. He was trying to talk to her but she was avoiding that too with some reasons. She then went to her room and got freshened up. She sat on the bed remembering all the things she said last night to him. She started crying. She was angry on her own behaviour and was ashamed of herself. Someone knocked on the door. She didn't respond.

D - Anjali darwaza kholo

She again didn't respond. She just wiped her tears. He was continuously knocking on the door and was calling her but she wasn't responding to any. He got scared. He immediately went to the receptionist and asked for spare keys. He took it and went to her room. He opened the door and in hurry he was going inside but stopped immediately seeing her sitting on the bed. He breathed in relief.

A - please leave me alone

He was quiet for a minute.
