TORI'S POV
So, I survived the first week of school. Well, sorta.. My mom was pretty mad about my eye, but I guess she got over it like I did. My black eye is slowly fading away. I'm glad it's getting better.Today me and Collin are going to this new cafe. He says it's pretty cool and that he wants to take me. I've never really been out with a friend before.. I'm sure I'll have fun. I got ready and it took me about 30 minutes. I don't know if it's something special so I dressed casual. He texted me and told me he was going to pick me up.
I went into the kitchen and grabbed an apple. I cut them into pieces and ate them. Within minutes the doorbell rang. I opened the door to see Collin.
"You ready?" He asked.
"Yeah." I said shyly.
I'm not really used to Collin that much. You know, since he's kinda like my first friend. But it seems like he's used to me.
I shut the door behind me and we got into his car. It's weird that he drives at this age. His dad's hella rich though and he kinda gets whatever he wants. Even if things are against the laws. His dad just pays the fee.
It took about 10 minutes to get to the cafe. It was called 'Caribia'. Didn't really know how to pronounce it well but it looks like a good place.
We went inside and there were SO many people from my school. I kinda got nervous because I didn't know if I was gonna be made fun of or not. Collin ordered me coffee and insisted to pay.
We sat down, and people started to look at me funny. I wasn't sure if it was about my black eye or not. Tanya started walking up to me and Collin's table.
"Hey guys!" She said in her annoying voice that she makes.
"So, um Collin, party at my house, tomorrow. Be there?" She asked, playing with his amazing hair.
"Yeah sure! It's gonna be killer!" He said.
Not sure what that meant but I smiled at his comment.
"Oh, is Tori invited too?" He asked.
"Oh.... S-ure!" She said, obviously not wanting me to go.
"Oh, uh you got something in your hair." She told me.
"Oh um where is it?" I asked trying to get it out of my hair.
"Right here." She said, dumping her coffee all over my head.
I screamed.
Why?Because, it was hot. And it burned my face. I was going to leave. But Collin was my ride. He just sat there. And didn't do a thing. Everyone was laughing. And laughing. I felt as if the world was crashing down on me. And no one even seemed to care.
I looked at Collin. Disappointed. And I just left the cafè.
I got home, and ran to my room. I went into my bathroom, and washed everything off, and put on some fresh clothes. My phone started to ring. It was Collin. I decided not to answer. I was mad at him. My mom always taught me that friends, help each other, and stick up for each other, and are always there for each other. But obviously Collin isn't a friend. I took out my journal, and started to write again.

Dear Diary,
Today Collin invited me to a new cafè that just opened up. In the beginning, it was a good start. But then Tanya came along. She dumped all of her stupid coffee on me. And embarrassed me in front of EVERYONE. Most people from school were there too. And they were all laughing! The worst part is... Collin just sat there.. And didn't even stick up for me or anything. I was disappointed. And of course, the one time a actually get a friend.. They're not a true one..
