School was over and Simeon sulked. You had ignored him the whole day which was disappointing not only because he wants to speak with you but he thought the like last night meant something. He guessed it was an accident after you walked past him head in a book acting as if you were reading. But he knew that book. It was an old one no one ever read because it was really hard too. Just a bunch of words written in an older way making it quite difficult to actually understand.

So okey maybe he had gotten a little too ahead of himself last night but still. You shouldn't ignore someone, unless they've done something to you, which he hadn't so why were you acting like this?

Embarrassment? Or did someone aka Solomon say something about his recent behavior. Just the thought that the sorcerer would come in between you too had his blood boiling. And just as he was about to find you he saw you walking into the library....'must be fate-'

You walked towards the back of the library since Sam wanted to show you a book about demons and humans. The demon who had approached you not too long ago asking you a bunch of questions now was showing you a book he claimed was the inspiration for it all.

The reason you agreed to this wasn't because you were particularly interested, you were just avoiding a certain angel. But you hadn't planned on it lasting this long, you did want to speak with him and get closer to him..but that was before you accidentally liked an old picture, which shouldn't be this big of a deal, but you being the over thinker you are one thing lead to another, and now you had managed to avoid him for a whole day. Finally finding the book Sam jumps a little and holds it out.
"This is the book I was talking about! Cool right?"

You scrunched your face not impressed, but quickly try to smile a little. "yeah..it's uh..a book for sure"

He gives you a disappointed look and sighs. Taking a deep breath he began explaining the book to you, which you hadn't asked for.

Simeon had stepped closer hiding behind a shelf looking at you through the gaps of the uneven books. He saw your reaction and smiled a little to himself, you looked so bored and clearly had no interest in the guy or book.

You started nodding your head as if you were listening while your fingers slid across the books on the shelf Simeon stood behind. You bent down a little seeing something move and saw Simeon smiling with a finger on his lips motioning you to be quiet.
You were a little surprised but Simeon did seem like the type of person to be in the library often so you giggled and sneaked off to the other shelf where he was.

His heart fluttered when you came closer to him and chuckled looking at Sam who still was discussing the book.

"hi" you whispered.

"hi, did I just save you from a history lesson or something?" he whispered back.

You held back the tiny giggle not wanting Sam to stop looking stupid.
"yeah thanks a lot, my lovely protecter" you smiled.
