The silhouette of a man stared out the window into the star filled night sky.

Longing.

Heartbreak.

These emotions had captured the eyes which was once filled with light.

His plump lips quivered the longer he stared out.

He closed his eyes and a tear rolled out.

A sigh left his lips as he resigned from standing infront of the window.

He laid down on his bed, with his limbs spread out like a starfish.

He unlocked his phone and opened his gallery.

He stared at his favourite picture of them.

The once heart which was only ever filled with happiness and liveliness and love was now filled with

Longing

Sadness

Frustration

And

Anger. At himself.

He closed his gallery and opened his music library.

He played that one song.

Their song.
