Irene's homecoming was pushed back a week, so their camping trip was as well. Jisoo's parents had a camper that they let them borrow, and so did Bangchan's. Two campers meant they had just enough sleeping room for ten people.
Thursday after work Lisa and Jisoo went to get the one camper while Bangchan and Minnie went to get the other. The campground was an hour and a half away in order for them to fully be able to disconnect from their lives.
Rosé, Jennie and Irene had just finished packing their car and they set off. Everyone was meeting there around 8:00pm to give people time to get ready. It was 7:15 by the time they left so they were gonna end up being late but none of the three cared. Everyone was pumped for the trip.
They blasted an entire playlist of songs that they all knew and sang along. They kept tabs with the other people who they were meeting but for the most part it was just the three of them like old times.
"So, Irene, did anything ever happen between you and Seulgi?" Jennie asked after they had stopped listening to music for the moment.
"What do you mean?" She asked. It had been over a month since the blonde had introduced the two so the fact that she had remembered to bring it up had surprised Irene.
"You two really hit it off," Jennie smirked. "Did anything ever come out of it?"
"Well, I don't have a ton of downtime and when I do it's usually in the evenings and she's working so not really. We still communicate and stuff-"
"Why don't we invite her to come camping with us?" Rosé intervened from the backseat. She had been to Rave enough to know who Seulgi was. She was pretty quiet unless Lisa or Jisoo was around but everyone liked her.
Jennie looked expectantly at Irene. "I can ask Lisa to text her and ask to come over," She shrugged.
"She's a bartender, she probably won't be able to get off work," Irene protested. She refused to take her eyes off of the road.
"Fuck that," Rosé laughed, "She owns a bar. She can get as much time off as she wants."
Jennie began laughing and Irene shoved her leg playfully. "Where's she gonna sleep? We won't have enough room..."
"Well, in Jisoo's camper me and Lisa can share a bed, Rosé and Jisoo can share a bed, you can have the other bunk and then the couch is open. In Bangchan's camper he'll share a bed with Minnie, Bambam will share with Somi and then Jackson will have the bunk and Suzy is sleeping on that couch," Jennie shrugged.
"You and Jisoo are gonna share a bed?" Irene asked in surprise as she turned around to look at Rosé.
"We weren't planning on it but I can talk to her," The Aussie shrugged as if it didn't bother her but she was blushing lightly.
