Oliver sighed, they were NOT excited for this, he was in a carriage. It was very elegant and posh, it was a plain white with silver embroidered all around it.
"DUKES LIONHEART, DUCHESS LIONHEART AND HEIRS LIONHEART WE HAVE ARRIVED" the coachmen screamed, Oliver's ears hurt after that.
Oliver had climbed out to see a huge castle looking structure, it was large and intimidating. Oliver had noticed a raven-haired boy from the corner of his eye,
'Was that the protagonist?' Oliver thought and decided to befriend him. Oliver started to walk to the raven haired boy, when they reached there they gave him a loli-pop, he was given two earlier before arriving.
"Hello, my name is Oliver and I use He/they pronouns!" Oliver exclaimed happily. The boy turned to Oliver as stated earlier had raven black hair but when staring into his face he saw eternal purple eyes, he was wearing a plain white robe as well.
"H-Hi, my name's Rider, I use he/him pronouns..." Rider's voice trailed off and looked in surprise at the lollipop.
"Is t-that for me?" Rider stuttered in shock, no one had ever given him candy before, he was so happy he then looked into Oliver's face happily, he was a bit taller then Oliver.
"Yep!" Oliver said and watched as Rider took it and put it into his mouth. Oliver decided that Rider was now his friend, whether he liked it or not.
"You are now my friend,'' Oliver exclaimed Happily as he grabbed Rider's hand and went to show off his new friend to his family when he heard Rider whine in pain. Oliver stopped immediately and lifted Rider's sleeve to see bruises on his arm. Oliver went quiet pretending to be shocked in truth the Rider the MC was bullied by one of the harem members' sister.
"Who did this to you.." Oliver asked quietly.
"U-Uhm well y-you see-" Ryder started but then Oliver clamped a hand over his mouth he was going to beat that brat's ***.
"W-WAIT PLEASE DON'T YOU MIGHT GET HURT! Ryder exclaimed, worried for his future husba- Rider shook his head- no friend.
"Fine, you better be fine though!" Oliver huffed, annoyed. It was adorable to Ryder and he wasn't wrong.
