Chapter 3: Rumours

                                                             3RD PERSON POV AND GORE WARNING

"So, you'll really help as long as I can start massive loads of negative energy?" "Uh yeah."  "And there's no fine print or anything right?" "Sure.."  "Ok well then I accept your offer" The woman reaches her arm out for a hand shake to confirm the deal. The slimy skeleton infront of her takes it and the deal has been sealed. "Wonderful" 

A few days later...

"Have you heard? Tons of kids and elders have gone missing!" "Oh my that's terrible, who would do such a thing!?" "Not even just in Liyue! In Monstad and Inazuma too!" Yun Jin continued to listen in on the two other's conversation. Not because she wanted to evesdrop but because it was a needed part in her plan. There was something inside of her that fed off emotions like this and needed to be fed. "I also heard that all the missing people are going to get killed by the kidnapper!" "Wait seriously? Oh no! My kid brother just went out to play, I've gotta go find him before someone else does!" The teen girl runs off to find her brother.

"Hey! You over here!" Yum Jin called out to the girl who was now alone. "Hm? Oh yeah Ms. Yun! What do you need?" "Follow me I need to show you something. I think it might be where the kidnapper takes their hostages." The girl followed Yun Jin without even thinking twice. Yun Jin guided her right into an abandoned ruins. A huge gasp came from the girl as she tried to run but Yun Jin was much quicker, hitting her in the head hard with her spear. "M-miss Yun, why?" "For the sake of someone greater then you." Yun Jin picked her spear again and stabbed in straight into the girl skull, cracking and breaking bones along with splattered blood everywhere on the walls.

Yun Jin acts fast the cleans the blood off her spear and begins to think on wether she should report to the millilith and play innocent or send the severed limbs to her family and friends. "Ooh do the second option! Sure people can talk about how gross this is but could dismiss it as something people made to stop kids from going out at night, but limbs served up on a nice day.. Wouldn't that be swell?"  "Got it" Yun Jin grabs one of the many hanker-chips and cleans the blood of her dress and drags the corpse out of view before going home to change into a more suitable outfit for dismembering a body.

The next morning...

"Hey! Meng! Get back here!" The teen girl from yesterday chases her brother around the house after hearing a knock on the front door. The two siblings open the door to find a package. "It says it's to.. me! Haha I got a present and you didn't~" the girl teased "Do you think it's from Granny?" Meng asked "I dont know, let's go find out!" They take the box to the table and start to open it...

Yun Jin hears a loud scream from the shop she's in. Despite it being so far she knows exactly what it's from. She watches as tons of people enter the streets with terror or crying out so they can be heard through the crowd. Yup Jin follows in the hopes of negativity. She sees the girl from yesterday's friend. Screaming and crying about how she was just mailed her friends head and foot stained with blood along with a red and black-teal stained note. 

"What does it say?!" People kept yelling that over and over. Yuh Jin was trying to hold in a smile and laugh at their distress and fear. "IT SAYS 'KEEP YOUR HEAD UP'" The girl quickly read before realizing why it said that and started bawling her eyes out. Soon a middle aged couple came running out their home to say the had been sent their daughter's arms,hand,and throat. "Jeez how many pieces did you cut her into" The tentacle creature said with giggles in between each word before he started laughing hysterically.

"I BET IT WAS THAT SHADEY GUY! THE ONE ONE'S REALLY BONEY AND HAS BLACK,YELLOW, AND RED GLOVES! AND A BLUE SCARF!" The slimy creature stopped laughing. "Yun jin, go see what that crazy guy has to say about this guy." Yun jin did as she was told and a few other came up to him too. "Well!? Explain already!"  Someone yelled. "HE LOOKS LIKE HE HAS NO FLESH AND HE LOOKS LIKE HE CRYING BUT HE HAS NO TEARS, HE HAS A BLUE SCARF AND RED GLOVES THAT CUT TO YELLOW AT HIS FINGER TIPS! AND IM NOT EVEN SURE IF ITS A BOY!" "Huh, sounds sort of familiar" "do you know him?" Yun jin asks. "...! Oh yeah right Error! Wait why is he here? Anyway that none of our business" "So we're leaving?" 

The skeleton nodded and Yun jin walked back to her home. As they made their way into the house and closed the door, the skeleton immediately threw himself out of his hiding spot in her braids. Yun jin jumped back a little. "Why do you always have to do that?!"

Once again sorry I haven't updated in like forever I was really busy. There will be a part 2 to this part of the book but we need to get back to the actual point cya!
