THE alarm wakes you out your sleep 9:00 am you check your phone. Rolling over you look over at Melvin, you rub his back, "Wake up Melv." He buries his head into your neck, "Uh uh get up, you said you would bring be to my class." He lifts his head, fine I'll get up." He says groggy.

After you two got ready you got in Melvins car while he drove, the ride is short, your class isn't that far from your apartment.
You step out the car after Melvin opened the door for you, grabbing your bag you stand in front of Melvin, "I'll see you later." You say smiling, he nods lifting your chin with his fingers, bending his neck to reach your height, he pulls you by your waist, placing his lips with yours, you connect your lips with his, your rub the back of his neck pulling away from the kiss, "I gotta go." You tell him, he smiles, "See you later beautiful."

Today's class is going much smoother because you don't have anyone assisting you, instead your assisting newbies.
You were assigned to work with this guy who looked a bit younger than you.
"Hi, I'm Edward." He say's with a very charming smile.

You smile back, "I'm Y/n, I'll be assisting you today."
He nods, "I'm glad I have someone that's more closer to my age, everyone else looks older, they seem strict." He says lowly.
You laugh, "So you think I won't be strict because I'm young?" You place your hand on your hip.
He raises his eyebrows, "I mean I hope not?" He says unsure.
You place your hand on his shoulder, "I'm just messing with you, but every else is very nice maybe just a bit intimidating."
He smiles.
"Okay let's get started!" You say excitedly.
He nods following your orders.

"So your telling me you didn't check which was sugar and which was salt before dumping it inside the cake?" You laugh, while Edward starts decorating the plates.
He nods, "If you think about it, it's not my fault my mom was cooking the same time while I was baking a cake." He shrugs laughing.
You shake your head, "You could've just waited ya know until she was done cooking."
"Uh no definitely not, she takes hours in that kitchen." He says.
"Understandable my mom was the-"
"You two shouldn't be chitchatting, you need to get your work done, and You Y/n shouldn't be distracting the newbie." Aubrey says cutting you off from your sentence.
You take a deep breath in, "Aubrey I don't know why you think it's okay to just walk up here and speak to me like this, it's not very professional of you. We're literally almost done with the dish so clearly I'm not distracting him. Go find something better to do please, and stay out my business for once."
She screws up her face making it more miserable looking than it already is.
"I'm guessing you guys have history of not getting along?" Edward says scratching the back of his neck.
"I guess you can say that." You shrug.
"Same." Edward mumbles.
"What was that?" You asked tilting your head.
"Oh uh nothing." He smiles.

After getting your ranking for your class, Edward did a really good job so he gets to work in the same room as you but you two are still on different rankings.
You wave bye to him before leaving the building.
You see Melvin standing in front of his car, a smile appearing on his face after seeing you.
You run into his arms, your mood was brought down today by Aubrey but seeing Melvin always made you happy.
You pull away from the hug and your smile immediately drops when you see Aubrey, "That's that bitch Aubrey." You tell Melvin.
His jaw tightens, "Does she always leave around the same time you do?"
He asks, keeping his eyes on her, "No sometimes she leaves later."
"Do you know specifically when?" He asks.
You furrow your eyebrows, "No? It might be only on the days when they have meetings, but that doesn't involve me so I don't know."
Melvin nods, "Okay let's go." He opens the car door for you.
