So it was morning and I woke with my mate beside me. Although they are a conjoined twins since birth "Zokai" the male and "Zara" the female. Yeah I was mated to a boy and girl and they are siblings in one body. But the thing about them is that, Zokai can be present like werewolves can be human and later be wolves. That is how Zokai and Zara are. And they both have their seperate vampire abilities.
Today wasn't school, in fact the school had embark on a two weeks break and all students can return home and upon return the coronation of new alpha of the Dire De Luna pack will be held. Oh how much I've missed my home the silver moon pack and my parents and friends and so many more. My brother Ashton and his mates probably should still be sleeping and hazel, she slept alone because Michael was busy at night. But he promised to spend the two weeks break in our pack while his father takes control in his absence.
I immediately woke my mate or mates and told them that I was hungry and needed to feed. Since I'm part vampire, wolf and slightly demon. I had to balance my feeding pattern. And now I was craving blood.
Zokai woke up and pulled me to bed while showering me with kisses all over my face. He knew that if we got back to little town he would be extremely busy with my step dad which happens to be Ashton's dad.
"You look happy today princess" Zokai said with a smirk on his face, which I kinda found it sexy
"Well if you've forgotten sleepy head, the school break starts today and I'm more than excited to go home. Besides my uncle Ben that my mom's friend is bringing his son for the break as well, now can we go I'm starving here" I said with a puppy eye and just then Ashton and his mates Cynthia and Sophia, not too long after hazel walked in and said
"Are you guys done packing, Michael is already waiting for us and least I remind you, more than half of the school has gone home already." When she said that and I looked at the hungry vampires, I knew my decision was all that mattered right now so
"Why don't we all pack our stuff that we'll need and go meet Michael, then we'll feed when we get home" I said and they agreed and within fifteen minutes they were all done and ready to go.
We all walked down the long hallway to the hostel's court yard where Michael was already standing. It was weird how empty the place felt since almost everyone had gone home.
Just before Michael was about teleporting us his younger brother David appeared and said
"Dad wanted to know if Michael had chosen his beta, gamma and delta." And if I'm correct it quite hard to come up with anyone fit for the job because anyone can be a traitor. With that information Michael told him
"Tell father that upon my return I'll announce my beta, gamma and delta" with that his brother vanished.
"Please y'all should hold each other" Michael said and when we all held each other he held hazel and bam we were in the silver moon pack inside the pack house within a second.
"I am so never getting used to that Michael" said Me. Well a lot had changed, just then mom and dads walked in. Hugging us, cynthia mom and dad which are Dan Ashton's father second in command and Sabrina more like the family witch, Sophia parents that we're humans but still loved their daughter. Then everyone turned to look at Michael, he was busy looking around before my dad spoke.
"You are welcome alpha Michael and I'm grateful to that you've brought our kids and their mates home. And I'm honored to have you as my son in law", Michael laughed a little before saying
" You are welcome alpha Daniel and can we please not make this a big deal, I'm honoured to have you as my father in law. And about me admiring your house, it's not my first time you know. I've lived in this town and pack for two years and no one knew" he finished with a weary smile and everyone was surprised. Like how did he live in this pack for two years and no one knew.

So who is hungry, and just then all raised their hands and then blood bags were shared and everyone drank, but Michael turned it down saying
"Sorry luv, but I don't drink human blood because of some reasons" by that time all the adults had gone. While we drank, Michael kept his face away and I could hear him mumbling some spell
"What are you doing?" I asked and he said
"Well baby I'm casting a spell to temporarily render my olfactory nerve useless for the next four minutes" when he said that I was surprised and confused. Like what's wrong with him and human blood and the same facial expression was on everyone's face.
"Hey stop looking at me like that, I'll explain everything to you guys including how my family history" he said and he turned and was heading towards the front door when I asked
"Where are you going Michael?" I was angry because of how he made it look like he was disgusted with us drinking human blood.
"I'm just gonna go hunt what I'll feed and come back, okay" he replied before he opened the door and left.

Before I left I could see my mate angry face and I didn't blame her. I'm a freaking ripper that's why I've been living off on animal blood.when I was far from the settlement of kinky village aka silver moon pack, I shifted into my wolf and took off. When I stopped to listen for any heart beat or animal scent, I could hear one heart beat and the scent was so familiar that I could tell it was Ashton. He came to my side and I noticed he was a grey wolf. Then I mindlinked him
"What are you doing here Ashton and why are you following me?" I asked and I could see the shocked expression because of how to I could mindlink him
"Well I just decided to get away from my mates and since I had no where to go in mind so I decided to follow you. But I should say, you really are a very fast runner and it was hard for me to catch up" said Ashton but I knew he was lieing about his mates but I didn't mind him following as long he doesn't scare my prey away.
Once I picked up the scent of a herd of deers too far away, I mindlinked him again " Take the right direction and so that once I attack and they run towards you they'll be scared and run the other direction. And be stealth" he nodded and went ahead, I then lowered my back and quietly walked behind them studying their every move before I gave a loud growl that jerked them into action and as predicted they went right and Ashton did as I asked him before I told him my target and the second plan was to separate it from the herd while we play with it like we can't catch up just to play chase. When the target was completely out of the herd and was going the opposite direction the herd took and I was becoming more hungrier than before and this time I took the chase more seriously no more time to continue this crazy chase when I was hungry. Within a split of a second the deer was on the ground with and then I shifted back into my human form before my vamp fangs descended and I sank it into the flesh of the deers neck. When I was done drinking I used my wolf ability to take away the pain of the bite before I let it go to get back to the herd and made a promise to drink from it another day.
When we got back to the pack house laughing about the chase and how Dave Ashton's wolf had fallen while we were still on the chase. On getting upstairs the girls were doing what the found cool.
"Um if you all don't mind can we talk" I said and then they just turned to listen to me. "Go on we are listening" said Cynthia
"Okay, the reason why I didn't want to see you guys drink the blood and why I casted that spell is because I'm not a normal vampire, I'm a kind of vampire driven by the lost of human blood because of the frenzy it brings while been drank. I'm a ripper and my kind is rare because once we start drinking we don't stop till there is nothing left to drink, which leads to the death of the victim and probably decapitation. When I was younger centuries ago when my vampire part was awaken I massacred an entire village because of the lost for blood. Then I had to learn to feed on animal blood. " Everyone of them were surprised. So I continued talking but this time it was about my family.
"Well I know you guys have been wondering how my family and I don't have the same big cat appearance and what kind of wolf I am. Well after a war my father fought during the early years of becoming the alpha and my sister's were about to be born, some great coven of witches came all the way from the old world to thank my father for coming to their aid and for that she blessed my family and bloodline. Firstly gifting my dad with his tiger and my mom with her white tiger. Then for the offsprings of my parents and the children of their offsprings that after been born there would be a collection of all the big wild cat toys. Whichever one the child choose to play with, that they would become. That's how I became the lion and my both sisters chosed cheetah, my immediate younger brother chose leopard and the last born chose snow leopard." When I was done explaining to them, it seemed as if they didn't quite understand what I said.
"But what if everyone in your family chose lion?" Asked by Hazel.
"Well its possible and that means we'll be a pride. But least i say luv, everyone one of us at home are different and just like that our gifted shifter side comes with its own powers too" I went ahead and kissed her on her head before walking out of the room.
