Rescue mission

Hazel
     When uncle Dan had brought us back to the pack house I went to look for Michael in order to know why he sent me away when the spirits were here.
    However when I went upstairs I saw him talking to Mira before he left her and walked up to me.
"Why did you have Cynthia father send us away when the spirits were here?" I asked "no reason just didn't want them to see my mate. Last time I checked on them in the underworld they were judging how you will look and all there craziness" he said and I knew he was lieing.
  However, he kissed and me and held me close. " Baby I have to tell you that we have to go back to the pack because my coronation is tomorrow evening and you'll have to start your Luna training as well. As alpha I shouldn't be away from my pack for so long." He said and I put my hands around his neck and pecked him on his forehead.
"My love, I'm ready to go back with you and I'm ready to start the training" I said with a smile.
"Well luv I just wanted to tell you two more things. One, the test for Luna will commence while you train but you won't be told when it will happen. Two, Mira will be there with you at all times. She's the only one I can't entrust your safety in her hands while am away seeking alliance." He said and I pushed him away from me "why will Mira be what... My personal bodyguard or something? Why her?" She asked and now I couldn't answer her. Then my sister came up.

Hailey
   "Michael can I please borrow hazel I we ladies want to go for a run, and that includes my mom too" I said and he kissed my sis before letting her go.
"Hey yo, y'all be safe out there and watch out for each other's backs okay" be said and when I was still pulling her out when he teleported away.
  We went down the stairs and just then mom, Cynthia and Sophia were all waiting for us. Since Sofia and Cynthia aren't wolves they'll just tag along with vamp speed. Then we left and headed to the northern trail from the pack house. Before taking off.
    As always mom is always beating us to it with how fast her wolf runs but today was different, hazel was more like a blur. She was awesome and very fast that it was hard for us to keep up. And just then twelves wolves came out from the shadows and six vampires stood on tree branches on different trees and three witches stood up ahead muttering some spell. When we all gathered around, mom's wolf Loli started growling loudly to make them back away while I tried mindlinking dad to come with reinforcement and aunt Sabrina. Cynthia the only witch amongst us was trying to cast her own spells while we all started fighting off anyone who thought as much to come close to us. Claws and fangs were really spilling lots of blood while growls and barks could be heard.
    Although, the fight carried on so fiercely, the other witches won by snapping Cynthia neck and stabbing us all with silver blade while hazel was in a silver handcuff and was dragged away. That's when my dad and reinforcement came which included Michael, daddy Asher and my brother Ashton, Dan, my mate and beta Ryan.

Michael
    I had teleported away to talk to Yeon and Peter about the present problem and luckily they were interested in helping. When I got back to the silver moon pack, the pack wasn't as I last saw it. Everyone was busy and when I questioned a guard he had informed me that the alpha and beta had gone to the northern region of the pack to check up on the Luna and the other ladies that went out for a run since they have been attacked.
     I started getting scared and worried at the same time, before calling out to Mira and intruding into the minds of the Luna to see where they are located in order to teleport there. Holding Mira's hand I teleported us there but the place was a mess as dead vampires and wolves body were everywhere and blood were everywhere. I walked up to Hailey and when she saw me she wanted to walk away
"Hold on there Hailey, where is my mate and what went down here?" I asked and she was shaking with fear, well not only her because everyone was shaking as well. I was using my alpha voice and I didn't care at all.
"Hailey don't let me ask again where is my mate?" I asked this time with more rage as the weather Sunday went from sunny to dark and lightening started flashing around. "Well umm we were out on a run and just then, we were ambushed by twelve wolves, six vampires and three witches. We all managed to kill the wolves and vampires before we were stabbed with silver and she was taken in silver cuffs to the north which is the pack lands of the ranger pack.
   Okay if I was angry before now I'm mad, I'll reap there heads out mercilessly. "Alpha Michael, why don't we go back and get more soldiers and get them to treatment before going out to find hazel" alpha Daniel said and I growled loud that made ever wolf around me tremble to there knees.
" I am going to get my mate now. Mira take it to the skies and run a check to see if anyone is walking away and how far is the ranger pack house is from here" I said before shifting to my wolf and following her scent towards the direction she was taken.
   When we got the pack house, I could hear hazel scream in agony as j could feel her pain. She was been electrocuted. No time to think i rushed in with a quick spell and put the amateurs how it's done by creating a storm and causing a wind to scatter them. While that was happening I walked in and with my wolf ability I was able to take there abilities away, while dearest Mira on the other hand not knowing what is going on her mind  made quite an entrance that really marveled me.
   Anyways, I didn't want to spoil it for her because it might be her chance of creating a bond with hazel.

Mira
    So Michael had not just knocked out the witches but also stolen their powers, I witch I have powers like that. ' when this is over I'm going to ask michael to make me his theta so that I can shift into a wolf and also find a mate. But right now finding my best friends mate and creating a bond with her is what matters most to me now I thought to myself before bringing out my wings but this time not fully with flames on it more of feather than fire.
   When I walked in through the front door with my wings open and killing everything that is not hazel or michael with flames and silver which was cool. When I entered the room that hazel was held captive in, silver chains binding her and she was in the ground looking pale. My instincts kicked in and I broke the chains and picked her up bridal style, then made my way out of the room. With Michael fighting off all the witches in the building preventing us from leaving I continued fighting using one of my wing to shield hazel and I while walking down the hallway and the other been used to kill wolves and burn vampires along the way.
    When I was out of the building, I could see Azlan and then he walked up to us. Hazel smiled looking at him and his intense gaze with blood all over his face he just stared back at her, even his lion did know how to show off it's love for it's mate. He shifted into his human form " hey baby, I've got lots of burning to do around here and since you are weak with the silver, wolfsbane and vervain I think I'll just lend Xadia for you to heal faster okay. Mira will take you home and take care of you okay" he said and she nodded before he placed a kiss on her forehead.
"Mira take her home and take care of her, I'll be back shortly" he said and I just smiled "just becareful your mate and friends are waiting for you okay" with that he walked into the building setting the place ablaze while I took it to the air. Flying real fast to get hazel to the pack hospital. And when I looked back there was Azlan running behind  but not fast probably checking to see if anyone is following behind.
    When I arrived at the hospital and retracted my wings before running in to get the pack doctor to attend to hazel. The doctor was surprised that she didn't need any treatment except to be cleaned up, fee and have enough sleep. When he was gone she asked " where is Michael, I want to see him", "he should be here anytime soon, you just need to rest. Anyways Xadia is really doing a great job with the healing process" I said with a smile and smiled back " yh he is and thank you for coming for me even though I thought it was going to be Michael and I'm sorry for how I treated you when you arrived here. You know how possessive we werewolves can over our mates and you seemed to have been flirting with him. I'm sorry" she said so apologetic and it felt weird but cool at the same time. Now i took her room and tucker her into bed to rest while her family came to see her. Just then Michael appeared and rushed for her hugging her firmly like a kid that lost his favourite toy and just found it.

Michael
     I should have saved my mate but I had to double check to see if anyone was following Mira, and when I came to see everyone in my mates room I just couldn't hold my feelings in anymore before hugging her tightly just enough to feel her and not to crush her in my grip. When she was fast asleep and everyone was out of the room, I followed because I had an information to share.
"Firstly I'm sorry for yelling at all of you earlier my protective nature took the best of me. And I'll be taking the kids back to school tomorrow morning same as other kids from around the world as everyone is invited for the grand coronation of the new alpha and his mate." When I said that I could see some happy faces and then I went back to hazel. The pack wasn't safe for her anymore, and it will risk the life's of other people here.
