2- Why are you looking at me like that?

Your POV

Kagaya, or well- the cat just stood there and it definitely seemed like he was smiling, 'but he is a cat so I can't really tell.' Then he, looked at the other cats who were staring at me with their murderous eyes, well only two of them actually, a black one with beautiful heterocromia eyes, one blue-green, turquoise I guess and the other a bit yellow-golden. Then there is this other cat who is the opposite, a completely white cat, with lavender eyes, and a lot of scars, like, a lot.

Then Kagaya looks at me again then again at the other cats then at me then at the cats, and it was like this for like I don't know- ten minutes or so, 'gosh this is so awkward'.                                       And FINALLY, Kagaya came to me and hum- hit himself again the wall. 

"..."

"Are you alright there?"

"Yes but no, my head hurts."

And I just stood there, my eyes looking like wide ass saucers. 'Now' while looking at Kagaya I thought 'Alright, there's two possibilities, one I can understand cats or just any animal, or two I'VE GONE COMPLETELY CRAZY'. And to confirm one of them :

"Did you talk like huh- human, or cat?"

"Well cat of course, though I doubt you can understand me".

The other cats were looking at their master, I could literally hear their thoughts going : why even bother, this human can't understand us. Oh boy, if only they knew.

"Well, actually, I do understand you, though I'm not sure how that's possible".

Kagaya then looked around, and I realised that he was blind, even though he bumped something like 2s ago. 'Oh my god (Y/N) you really are stupid'.

"How about you introduce yourselves, my children" Kaga-cat suddenly cut out my thoughts

"Oh me me! I'm Kanroji Mitsuri! You're so pretty!"

"Oh thanks-" I managed to blurt out with a flushed face.

"Himejima Gyomei, stone pillar, the one who introduced herself before me is the love pillar".

'Ok so they are the hashiras', which makes me 3x more stressed than before.

"Kocho Shinobu, insect pillar".

"Tomioka Giyû, water pillar".

"Iguro Obanai, serpent pillar".

"Why did you call Oyokata-sama by his name, have some respect trash!"

"Don't be unflamboyant!"Said a man with a little hat, flamboyant.

"I'm Uzui Tengen, sound pillar and the one who insulted you is Shinazugawa Sanemi, the wind pillar"

"I'm Rengoku Kyojuro! Flame pillar. And this is Tokito Muichiro, mist pillar"

"Nice to meet you all, I am (L/N) (Y/N), a close friend of your master here".

"I would've loved to meet you under different circumstances" Said Himejima.

"What do you- oh." I stopped remembering they were all cats.

Awkward Silence, for like a good 30 seconds until-

"(Y/N)?, why don't you spend some time with the hashiras-"

"May I remind you that you are blind Kagaya-kun, and that you don't know your way around here".

"That means we all spend time together then!"

And as soon as he said that, Mitsuri came running over to me and jumped onto me, only to make us fall with her rested tranquilly on my torso while I just got knocked the wind outta me, and of course most of the hashiras were at least giggling.

"AHH! I'M SO SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!"

"No problemo...."

Then, I just tough, 'how am I going to take care of them if it's more than a day of them being like this, also taking the fact that Kagaya is still blind...' I felt something touch my face- which was the person I just talked about-

"Oh wait, who's estate are we going to stay at?"

"MINE! Because I'm still sorry for making you fall over T-T"

"Don't worry it's alright but since you proposed, I guess we are going to stay there, are there any objections?"

"..."

"Well then, Kagaya don't move, I'm picking you up as gyo-"

"Do not worry I already know my ways" I was cut off by Gyomei

"Alright, I trust you all to follow Mitsuri"

We walked while I had Kagaya in my arms, and started petting him which resulted in just scraching sounds, purring and Mitsuri's ... squealing? But I got to admit it was really cute, like, he was such a cutie! So we walked until we arrived to the Love Estate, where the smell of dangos lingered, 'ahhhh, my favourite'. I thought as the sweet smell entered my nostrils.

Mitsuri was now in charge of assigning rooms for everybody, it ended being : Uzui and Rengoku, Sanemi and Obanai, next to them, Gyomei, Tomioka  and Muichiro, Kagaya, and finally Shinobu, Mitsuri and me. Once we were in our rooms it was really weird but only for me I guess, because right now I was playing with a cat hashira who is none other than the insect hashira. Mitsuri ended up joining the fun as well, and we finished the night by talking about every subject we could find, but I couldn't sleep.
