Heartbreak: Deku x Bakugo

Bakugo's P.O.V

I wake up the next morning and see a sleeping Deku in my arms. I don't want to wake him, but we have school. I grabbed his phone since mine was in my room and checked the time.

It's 7:27, I sit up in bed, and Deku is now hugging my wrist. I heard a knock on the door and got up.

I answered the door to see Todoroik. Todoroik looks surprised to see me. Todoroki looks down and sees I'm shirtless. He then looks behind me and sees Deku asleep.

"What?" I say with an arguing tone but trying not to wake up Deku. "... Sorry, the others and I want to know Midoriya wants to come to a party with us later," Todoroki says

"I'll ask when he wakes up," I say and shut the door before he can respond. I sit back in bed, and Deku wraps his arms around me again and makes a hum noise.

I start to pet his soft green hair, and his eyes start to open. "Kacchan?" He says, surprised but still hugging my wrist. "Morning," I say.

He sits up a little beside me and starts snuggling into my chest, still holding me and half asleep. "You ok?" Deku asks."Better," I say."Good," Deku says, getting up, but I pull him back, hugging him. "Kacchan, we have school," he says, untangling himself from me. "And," I say, pull him back. "Just for a little while," Deku says, hugging me back and snuggling into my chest again.

Deku's P.O.V

After Kacchan finally lets me go, I get dressed in the bathroom and walk back to see no Kacchan. He probably went back to his room to get ready for school.

After I get ready, I walk out of my dorm, to the kitchen, and see Uraraka, Tsu, and Todoroki in the kitchen making breakfast. "Hey, Deku," Uraraka says. "Good morning, Midoriya," Tsu says. "Good morning," I say to everyone and start to walk out. "You're not going to make breakfast," Uraraka says. "No, I'm not hungry," I say and walk out.

When I arrive at class, I see Kacchan already in class with his head on the desk and his arm crossed.

"Kacchan?" I say, walking over to him, I kneel down in front of his desk. He doesn't say anything and still has his head down. He looks so... cute.

I move his hair out of his face, but it just falls back down. I start running my hand through his hair and see a slight smile on his face.

As I run my head through his hair, he grabs my hand. I freak out and try to pull my hand away, but he doesn't let me. He looks up at me, and he looks tired.

"S-sorry... Kacchan," I say the first part fast. Kacchan doesn't say anything but pulls me around to the side of his desk and turns his body to face me.

He still looks half asleep and hugs my waist. "Kac-Kacchan," I say, surprised. "Sorry," he says, letting go of me and laying his head down on his desk.

Before I could say or do anything else, Mina, Denki, and Kirishima walked in, so I went to my desk. They walk over to Kacchan, and Mina starts poking his cheeks.

"Bakugo, you awake," Mina says. Kacchan doesn't respond. Mina pokes Kacchan again, and Kacchan grabs Mina's hand. "Quite touching me, you damn extra!" Kacchan yells."Uh, sorry," Mina says.

Everyone starts coming in. My friends start talking to me besides Todoroki. He's making out with Momo in the back corner. Bakugo glances back at me and then at Todoroki. He looks back at me and smirks before looking back to his friends.

I think about this morning and start blushing. "Did Bakugo just smirk at you?" Uraraka asks."What no, you must have just imagined it," I say, blushing more. "Oh yeah, are you coming with us to the party?" Tsu asks, making frog noises.

"I didn't know there was a party, but yeah, who's going?" I ask."Iida can't go because he's visiting his parents but us, Bakugo and his friends (the Bakusquad), and the some of class 1B, and 1C," Uraraka says. "Oh and Mr., Aizawa can't know," she says after.

Bakugo's P.O.V

"Bakubro, you coming to the party with us tonight?" Kirishima asks."The same party Deku and his friends are going to?" I ask."Yeah," Mina says. "You know, you and Midoriya have been hanging out a lot. Something is going on," Denki says, elbowing me.

I start blushing and smack Denki's arm away. "Shut-in, Dunce Face," I try to make sure Deku does hear us. "Are you coming?" Sero asks "sure why not," I say. Class starts, and everyone goes to their desks.

[Time skip]

"Hey, Bakugo, are you coming to lunch?" Raccoon Eyes asks, waiting by the door with Shitty Hair and the others.

"No," I 'll be back, and they left. I go up to the roof and sit on the floor. As I'm sitting just looking at the sky, I hear the roof door open. I look over and see Deku.

"What are you doing up here?" Deku asks."I could ask the same thing," I say with an annoyed tone. Deku walks over to me and sits next to me, pretty close.

"About last night," I say, looking at the sky. "I won't tell anyone," Deku says nervously and turns to me. "Deku,... are you coming to the party tonight?" I ask, facing him "yeah," he says.

Deku's P.O.V

Kacchan asks if I'm going to the party, and after I tell him, yeah, he makes a hum noise. I turn to face him, our faces are so close I can feel his breath as he looks me in the eye and then at my lips.

He leans closer, and I do the same. Our lips are almost touching. He cups the side of my face and starts to close his eyes, and I do the same. Our lips are about to touch when we hear the lunch bell ring. We both stop and pull away. He stands up and puts his hand out, I grab his hand, and he pulls me up and then walks away as if nothing happened.

I start mumbling as I walk back, "did that just happen, I'm I dreaming, we didn't almost just kiss right, no, Kacchan hates me, he would never, though he does been a lot nicer towards me. No, no, no, he doesn't like me, he likes someone like Kirishima, there's no way he could like someone like me, right?"

I mumbled quietly to myself as I walked into class. "Hey, Midoriya, are you ok?" I hear someone say and look up to see Todoroik. "Yeah, I'm fine," I say, snapping out of my thoughts and going to my desk.

As I sit in my seat, Kacchan and his friends walk in, and I start blushing, thinking about the roof. "Hey, Deku, are you ok? You're all red, are you feeling ok?" Uraraka asks. "Oh, yeah, I'm fine, just thinking," I say.
