Flower hid behind a corner, her eyes on a giant, golden coin that sparkled brightly amidst the explosions. They hurt her ears so much! She watched that piece of change like a hawk, waiting for the perfect time to strike and take it as her own.

Suddenly, someone grabbed her leg and held on tightly. Flower turned her head to see the small brown block of wood with fear in his eyes. When will he stop doing this to her!?

"H-He-Heal-"

WOODY:
SKILL: HEAL
PERK: PANIC SHIELD

"You have a healing skill of your own!! Stop pestering me!!!" Flower launched Woody back with a trip pulse. He stumbled and brushed his leg on a hot surface, his panic shield activating as the taller one made a mad dash to the shiny coin she oh so desired.

"NOT SO FAST!"

BLOCKY
SKILL: CURSED PIZZA
PERK: LAST TRICK

Flower shouted with disbelief, "BLOCKY!?"

Blocky jumped from a higher up platform and grabbed the coin, the touch of his hand activating the trap. The two objects watched as the coin started beeping and flashing red, an indicator that this wouldn't end well. The red building block dropped a slice of expired, abhorred pizza and four blue bombs before the explosion, killing him and leaving Flower in a horrible state. The weakened plant listened to the sizzling sound of the bombs' fuses and ran off to find a safe spot to heal.

BLOCKY HAS DIED!
WOODY HAS DIED!

A snicker came from another object, who was sitting on one of the few remaining elevated spots on the map.

LOLLIPOP
SKILL: FAKE COIN
PERK: BIG SAVER

"Not my target, but we got one at least."

She nudged the object next to her with her elbow.

The recipient looked to the expanding ground and nodded. "I'm surprised those two keep thinking that's real."

BALLOONY
SKILL: HOVER
PERK: SHOCK ABSORB

"The cubed one, especially," Lollipop laughed. "As the master of pranks, you'd think he'd see through it!"

"And, uh..." Balloony's mind trailed off from the topic. "We won't be safe here forever."

"I know."

"I know you know. I'm just saying- GAH!"

A shock chaser rocket was heading right for them. Lollipop leaped to the side as Balloony ran right in front of it, taking the hit. The spot they had previously sat on became electrically charged from the excess power he spat back out. Balloony spun his arms rapidly to raise himself off the ground as the other grabbed onto his leg very tightly while they looked for another place to stay.

"Oh, where'd it go, where'd it go!? I saw it's icon, now it's gone!"

LEAFY
SKILL: HEART FLOWER
PERK: HIGH JUMPER

"It was just right here not too long ago!" Leafy paced around the hole she stood in with panic in her face. She had though one of the pits from the continuous bomb damage would be a great place to plant her heart flowers, but apparently not! Someone had to have stolen that potted plant! But who could have done the crime?
