꧁Techno's pov꧂
I was sitting in my room slightly humming as my fingers ran through my little brother's hair.
My little brother has been having nightmares which ends up making him stay awake at night the only time he can actually sleep is if I'm near him
For some reason the orphanage says since I'm older than my little brother I have to be separated from him and got to put in a room with a bunch of other older kids though it doesn't bother me I usually find a way to sneak in my little brother's room or he finds a way to sneak in mine
" BREAKFAST EVERYONE! " One of the caretaker yells
As they yelled I felt my brother shift and move indicating that he was just woken up by the yelling which made me angry
" *yawn*...oh good morning techno " ranboo said looking up at me
" Good morning Ran "
" What's with all the yelling" ranboo said slightly rubbing his eyes
" You have to get up to get breakfast I'll wait outside of the room while you get dress okay " I said already getting off of the bed
" Ok "
As we got out of the room me and ran walk through the hallways going down the steps to reach the dining room as we were walking down the steps though a boy had ran down the steps pushing ranboo on purpose almost making him fall down the steps if I hadn't caught him in time
The voices were telling me to GET him telling me to KILL him make him PAY for pushing Ranboo but I just pushed them aside not wanting to start another fight and definitely not wanting to start fight in front of Ranboo
After making sure Ranboo was okay we made our way to the dining room and sat down waiting for all the caretakers to give out breakfast.

Me and Ranboo were chilling in the 'playroom' as the caretakers call it but in reality it's just some big old room with very few toys in it
I look over to ranboo and notice that he started to get a little fidgety and a little stressed out and I immediately knew why
" Ranboo did you forget something " I asked the fidgety boy
" I.....I think I have but I'm not sure what it is " Ranboo said now starting to get stressed that he can't remember what was missing
I wrap my tail around ranboo and gently pull him towards me patting his head in an attempt to comfort him which seems to work
" It's okay ran it's your memory book your memory book is the thing that's missing "
" Oh I must have forgot it when we came down to get breakfast "
" Perhaps now go upstairs and get it and then come back I don't want you to stress out anymore today then you've already have " I said looking at my little brother
And with that ranboo got up and went upstairs to go and fetch his memory book
As I was waiting for Ranboo I had spaced out and I can now hear my voices clearly
" Eeeeeeee "
" How come we couldn't kill the guy that pushed Ranboo "
" He pushed him by accident "
" Yeah but isn't that the guy that ALWAYS pushes ranboo by 'accident' "
" Yeah you have a point there but the last time we tried to kill someone they tried to put us in a mental hospital "
" No I'm pretty sure that was the time techno told the caretakers about us "
" Yeah the last time we tried to kill someone they tried to put us in juvie "
" Well then why couldn't we just fight him we can still get blood without killing someone "
" Yeah but Ranboo was right there and we were definitely not going to fight in front of Ranboo we would frighten the poor boy "
" Yeah you have a point there "
" Oh guys there's a caretaker talking to us "
" Ohhhhh It's the one that we hate why is she talking to us "
after the voices had pointed out the caretaker that was in front me seemingly trying to get my attention I went back to reality
" Techno are you even listening to me " the caretaker said I hated her and the reason behind it is that she had yelled at ranboo making him cry and hurting himself with his tears
" Yes I hear you what do you want " I said in a cold tone I never liked any of the caretakers besides Miss wastaken or Miss rainbow as ranboo calls her the only reason he does is because of her multicolored dyed hair
" Well if you would have been listening to me then you would've know that someone is here looking to adopt and we've gone through all the kids besides you and your little brother "
" Where is that little half and half freak anyways " she said looking around the playroom trying to spot ranboo
" He's not down here and don't you DARE call my little brother a freak again" I said anger feeling my body
" Whatever just hurry up and go find your little brother then go find Miss wastaken she'll bring you to the meeting room " she said as she walked away with the hint of fear in her eyes

As me and Ranboo walk to the meeting room ( or whatever it's called ) miss wastaken was telling us a little bit about them we before we meet
" I think you'll like them " she said in a happy voice
" Yeah sure "
" Come on techno at least have some optimism, I think you'll find this family very interesting " she said
All I did was nodded my head as I looked over at ranboo who was clutching his memory book as if it would disappear
I rap my tail around ranboo trying to comfort him somehow but it didn't look like it was working he was stressing too much and I didn't like it
" All right here we are just let me talk to them for a little bit and then you can come in once they open the door okay " Miss wastaken said
" Ok " I said and she went inside
A few minutes had passed and she had finally opened the door just bring us to come in just me and Ranboo walked in and I noticed people standing in the room
there were three people in the room two with blonde hair and one with chocolatey brown hair I noticed that all of them look like hybrids too
As we sat down on the couch across from them as miss puffy talked to the adult I study them looking for any sight of hostility but I didn't see any maybe puffy was right but I'm not taking any chases
