You didn't actually meet on perpouse, you meet each other on a Friday night when you'd finished work and decided to have a quiet drink at a bar you liked to go to occasionally, when he actually realised you were there he yelled out to you from the other side of the bar making things slightly awkward but you brushed it off and you ended up leaving the bar and he took you to an amusement park for the night.

Deku invited you to the mall with uraraka and a few other friends of his for a casual hang out, you went along and ended up findsome nice clothes and getting some bubble tea.

Kirishima had invited you out to go hangout with him at an arcade, you ended up getting your butt kicked in a few games but you enjoyed your time with him, afterwards he took you to get your favourite food and he walked you home that night.

Twice showed up outside your work place and you walked out or 'fresh air' and met him down by some trash cans, he was asking when you'd be back, he got a bit bored without you.
