Chapter 1- One For All? UA In 10 Months!

Note this is my first time ever doing a MHA fanfic what if... but I'll do my and try to get everything right in this fanfic. Anywho let's get on with it. Also I don't own My Hero Academia

Superpowers, otherwise known as quirks had been populating around the world making up 80% of world with quirks and 20% as normal civilians or police men. It all started when a girl had been born with light shining around her. Then one after another quirks started to populate more and more around the globe. People used this power to become villains, and use there abilities to gain power, however there are some people who are combating the evildoers. These are known as Pro Hero's, they are the ones to be able to make sure the villains are kept in check. The most known hero in the world is All Might the number one hero.

Flashback

"Kacchan please stop... your hurting him. This isn't what hero's do.' A young boy scolded. He had messy dark green hair, that grew brighter on the ends, he had four freckles on each cheek, and his eyes were green as an emerald. He stood in a fighting position.
"I-I'll fight you if I have to!" The boy said as he stood with little confidence in himself.

"Shut up Deku! Your just a quirkless loser, you can't beat me!" The boy insulted. He had blonde hair, and red eyes. The boy then had sparks in his hand, as he ran at the poor as he hit him with his quirk.
"Think of this as a lesson Deku!" Kacchan said he and his gang beat up the poor green boy, as the original kid ran away. After about 5 minutes of the bead down the boys left the green boy, bruised, and bloodied. As he got up from the grass, and walked back inside of school.

Flashback end

We now see an older version of our protagonist who was walking to school. He wore a black uniform with black pants, and had a notebook called "Quirk Analysis For Hero's". He wrote in this notebook for all the hero's known and upcoming hero's as well. As he was walking to school he saw that there was a villain attack. He saw a big elephant? Rhinoceros villain on a bridge, as Kamui Woods swept into the seen.

"It's Kamui Woods!" He yelled as he got up close to witness the hero take down the villain
"You are the incarnation of evil!" Kamui shouted as he reeled his fist back

"Here it comes!" Izuku says
"Pre-emptive..."
"Binding..."
"Lacquered Chain Prison!" As he shot the wood out from his hand.
"Grand Canyon!" A woman yelled as dropped kicked the villain in the face sending him flying knocking him out from the force.
"Huh?" Kamui said as he saw everyone taking... pictures of her... assets. Izuku was blushing madly at this as turned his head away and looked at the damage.

"Hmm... Giganticification huh... it seems like her quirk would be great in use, but the damage would be catastrophic if fights get to bad..." he continued to mutter and write things down his notebook.

"Your taking notes? Wow you must really wanna be a hero! Well I believe in ya kid!" An old man said as Izuku turned around and smiled
"Thanks! I will do my best!

Alders Junior High

"Since you are all third years, it is time for you to think about your future. I'll pass out handouts to you all for future jobs." As everyone groaned. But then he threw the papers in the air.

"But I know you all wanna become hero's!" He yelled as everyone began to use their quirks.

"Hey Sensei! Don't bump me in with all these rejects! They are just gonna be stuck at the bottom working as a sidekick." A boy with arrogance said this boy was known as Katsuki Bakugo. Everyone in the class started protesting and calling Bakugo out while he just told them to shut it.
