Cloning Miranda

the ending

After I slept for 4 hours I still lay in bed. I cant believe this is happening. But maybe theyre right, maybe she isnt a real person... 

No! I cant do this, there isnt any chance I take a liver from a second me. 

After 10 minutes I go downstairs to the cafeteria where my parents are. As I see the, they are talking to my duplicate. So, I go forward and stop next to them. 

“Hey Miranda!” my mum says but I don’t talk, I just stare at this thing which completely looks like me. This is the craziest shit I´ve ever seen! 

She starts talking to me “Hey, so your name is Miranda, right? I am Cloe!” 

“Hi... C... Cloe... yes, I am Miranda.” 

“It's nice to meet you.” 

“Thanks, I guess.” I answer. “Do you know why you are here? Do you know that my mom is going to kill you?” I add. But I know that my mom lied to her and didn’t tell her the truth, that she was raised in a lab. And it confirms. 

My duplicate doesn’t know that she is my duplicate she thoughts all the time that she is a normal human. So, I ignore my mum and take Cloe with me. We talk a while in the park and I kinda start to like her. Okay she is just like me but still different. 

We have so much fun together that’s crazy. I still can't believe that my parents did something fiendish but at least I get a new friend, I guess. I definitely don’t want this girl to die for me I will find another donor.  

After one week she is able to leave the lab. She moves to a friend's house because I don’t want to see her with my parents. They are bad people. Everything is agreed and no one is going to guess how much luck I have... I finally found a donor for my liver. 

One year later I life in a shared flat with Cloe and a friend of mine. We all have a nice time together and Cloe goes to college with me. We are known by everyone, its unbelievably!
