Jinx is 13 in when she's younger in this fanfic vi will be 15 and you the reader is 16. Obviously in future chapters they'll be older.

(Tell me if this one is better than the other book I wrote if its not then I'll hopefully go on with the other one but idk if this one is better then I'll go on with this one other than that enjoy)

Having stayed with vander almost your entire life, finding you on the street thrown away by your own parents left in a box in the alleyway with only a blanket and well the usual of abandonment.

Vander found you in the alleyway when he was on his way to benzo hearing a baby girl cry in a box pulled his attention and went to go and check.

He was hesitant on taking you but when he saw the little girl stop crying and cling to him, he couldn't resist and took her home with him.

Having fun with the little girl when she was a baby training her as soon she could walk. Taking her with him on missions or when he on his way to benzo.

It sounded like it was all fun and games but in reality he would train you until you fell dead on the ground and barley ever fed you resolving to steal food from the booths outside on the street,and on top of that having to attend to your own injuries if you ever got any but since you were a kid you didn't know to much of attending to wounds, most of the time just letting them heal on themselves until you did.

You had discovered the love for food when a lady that you could barely even remember fed you secretly while Vander was away. The only things you could remember is that she smoked a lot and had brown skin with pretty gray eyes, but she stopped after the incident on the bridge.

The years had pass growing up. You and Vander found some kids that were like you, one was left for dead the other abandoned and two girls that were abandoned and left for dead on the bridge that night the enforcers decided to attack and kill everyone who dared to cross.

You enjoyed their company being the only kid would sometimes feel lonley when Vander would go somewhere, where you couldn't or would drink with the people in the bar.

When Powder, Vi, Mylo and clagger all joined you felt less lonley obviously despite being close to your age you never actually hung out with the 3 older ones, you hung out with Powder more.

You don't know why but always find what she was doing entertaining mainly because the other would start fights that are unwanted or go do graffiti somewhere where you just didn't have the energy to go lengths for so you sticked with the blue head girl watching her make bombs and encouraging her to keep going everytime one of her bombs failled.

Although you and her sister Vi never hit it off, always fighting and only you ever get in trouble by Vander saying she's only a child meanwhile the so-called "child" is a year younger than you. You always tried and avoid her to prevent any undeserved scolding from Vander.

To be Frank you hated Vi and Vi hated you.

You met Ekko when you and Vander had to have a little chat about something that happened earlier that evening on your way to benzos. You looked through his shop, touching things you shouldn't hearing a tiny voice next to you being met with a boy with white hair and a nice dark tone to his skin.

The both off you instantly became friends, dragging you up to the roof where he and you would listen to benzo and vander talk about stuff you shouldn't be knowing.

Living in the undercity wasn't bad but having to go rob pilties was a must, money is hard to get in the lanes so Vi discussed with Vander to take the others out on missions, and you were dragged along to look after them, to make sure not any of them gets hurt.
