Sitting sobbing in the basement of Benzo's shop Vi heard the door open quickly wiping her tears off of her face watching who's walking through the door. Seeing Ekko walk through the door with his eyes wide on the Verge of tears, Vi stood up from her spot with her face in sadness looking at Ekko's expression walking over to him engulfing him in a hug, he returned it but he said something that made Vi furious and pulled back.
"Y-Y/n... she-" Vi's eyes shot open pulling back from the hug bending down to meet his furrowing her eyebrows "What about her." Vi asked. " s- she just smiled and wore that man's coat and walked away with him. Vi's eyes widened and shortly after furrowed her eyebrows leaving Ekko without saying another word.
"V-Vi" Ekko stutters but no answer, only watching Vi's angry face stomping up the stairs, she abruptly stops looking at Ekko. "What about Vander?" She asked through gritted teeth. "They took him." Her angered face only went deeper, slamming the door almost breaking it making her way back to the last drop.
Bursting through the door of their sleeping quarters getting stopped by powder greeting "Vi! Thank god." giving her a hug with a smile on her face looking up at Vi and her smile instantly dropped. She pushed powder off of her and walked to the table that holds weapons and Vanders gauntlets reaching out to them but getting stopped.
"Hey, those are Vanders. Slow down what's going on?" mylo asks. And Vi finally breaks.
"Benzo's dead-"Vi started
"dead?" Claggor said under his breath
"they took vander-" she continued but got interrupted by mylo.
"Who took Vander?"
"I don't know but Y
is part of and she's going to pay for just standing there and doing nothing about it she stared right into my face through that window." Vi said through her teeth with tears rimming her eyes, her fist clenching her blunt nails digging into her clothed hand. Powders eyes widened at the mention of your name, looking down at Vi's hand with fear.
"That thing that killed Benzo was like nothing I've ever seen. It tore him apart." Vi said lifting her hand up to her face holding her tears back "you're not doing this alone Vi" claggor says putting his hand on Vi's back for comfort. "He's our farther too." Mylo said doing the same.
"Do we know where they took him?" Mylo asked Vi. Ekko followed them. The old cannery next to the docks." Vi said gathering the weapons with mylo and claggor.
Mylo and claggor are already waiting for Vi outside of the bar. Vi packed the last few things and swung the backpack on her shoulder turning around seeing powder standing at ready with her bombs. Vi sighs and faces her. "I need you to sit this one out powder." "What?" She says confused why Vi said that. Vi walked closer to her securing the bag on her shoulder again.
