After the accident Powder changed her name to Jinx and a while after that she finally made her first bomb and it finally worked.
You and her found this hideout where a literal metal hull of an old airship fell into zuan and made a whole in the ground causing the sight to be abandoned. You don't know for how long it's been here but whoever tried it must've been a long time ago. You both decorated the fan blade with spray paint and crayons mostly done by her because of you doing work for silco, but your happy that you at least there for her first ever successful bomb.
You were working on your side of the desk making a gift for her for when she's a little older since you figured silco would ask her to do jobs for him as well. She however obviously sat on the ground making a few bombs only to throw them down the ditch and test if their working. You took the sight, attaching it to the barrel picking it up testing if it would fall off- "Y/N!!" Powder yelled in your face propped on the desk. "aah!! !Jesus don't fucking do that you almost made me drop this." You said putting the barrel down with one hand on your chest as if your heart is going go leave your body. "What is that? Meh it doesn't matter c'mon I'm gonna test the bombs let's go!" She said excited dragging you by the arm away from the desk and onto one of the blades. "Woah woah slow down." She bent down to pick up one of the bombs coming back up looking at you with sparkles in her eyes biting her lip. "You ready?" She asked with a little chuckle leaving her mouth afterwards. "Yep shoot." She pulled the clip and threw it down, your eyes followed it down walking a little to the edge to see if it goes off. It didn't but she still had a few more.
After a few more throws she only had one left and all the joy from her had drained which where she's now sitting on the edge with her back slouched and a sad expression she threw the second last bomb off with no hope whatsoever. She reached to the last one holding on to it, looking like she doesn't even have the want to see what this one brings. She sighed and moved to stand up but before she could walk past you, you stopped her by putting your hand on her head, crouching down to meet her eyes. "Where do you think you're going?" You asked. "I know what you're doing and it's not working because it hasn't for the other 15 times you did." She said deadpanned. " Oh don't be like that this one will work this time I promise." She looked down at the bomb in her hand and back up at you. "And if this one doesn't work then you can throw me with paint balloons for bringing you hopes up for even the tiniest of bit." You added waiting for her to say something. "Ok." She said hearing her voice is a little more hopeful.
She walked back to the edge and looked at the bomb one last time finally pulling the pin holding onto it for a bit making you panic a little bit, but eventually threw it. She watched it fall disappeared into the black void not hearing anything, she turned around slouching again. "See I told you it wouldn't wo-" BOOM!!! Your eyes widened and you jumped out of joy for it work and not getting splattered with balloons filled with paint because your hair was blue for an entire three months and you are not going through that again but mostly you were happy that they finally worked. " Wooow that's my girl, see have a little faith in yourself." You said giving her a hug lifting her from the ground spinning her around. "Ok Ok put me down." She said laughing. "Did you take note of it?" "Yep!" She ran to her book and turned to the page her final bomb was on that worked.
