"sadly yes" he said as he layed on her chest while playing with their cats fur. they had already been in la for a week meaning that they had to leave back to korea at 9pm.
"you know i would stay longer if i could star"
"i do but its still sad.." she pouted
"how about..." he lifted his head from her chest and looked up at her "we make the best of today. we can go to a cafe, go to the park, go shopping-"
"you know i hate shopping"
"album or book shopping?"
"heeseung im not trying to go broke buying albums right now" she chuckled
"then lets just do the first things! we can just go have fun and walk around the city"
he moved her gaze from key to his eyes. she saw how desperate he was to go through with this and couldn't deny him so she simply-
"okay"
they both smiled and he leant his head down to give her a small peck.
"i love you"
"i guess i love you too"
he rolled his eyes and laughed. they both truly loved each other and that is all they needed.

he walked closer to her and put his hand on her cheek. neither of them were ready for him to leave but he had to.
"listen to me okay? we can do long distance i mean come on we did it for like 8 months before we met" he chuckled
"i know but- it's different now that ive actually spent time with you. now i can miss you" she frowned as a tear ran down her cheek
"hey- dont cry" he laughed and rubbed the tear away with his thumb
"we're still gonna text and call and all that stuff okay? it wont be any different than before"
she nodded
"i love you star" he said as he placed a few seconds long kiss on her lips.
"i love you too"
when he let go of her and turned his back tears started rolling down his eyes. truth was, he was hurting just as much as she was but he didn't want to show it. he walked up to jake who just padded him on the back while he waved to angeline who was now hugging astrella.
the two never would have thought they would meet their soulmates through a singular text message but they did, and it was the best thing that could've ever happened to them.
