Episode 3: Sapphie and the shy new student

Kazuya: (Runs to school) I overslept on the first day of school. Not a good start of the year.
Ruby: What year are you in, now.
Kazuya: High school second year. (Blushes) I get to spend time with Hime-Senpai again.
Ruby: Was it the girl I met the other day?
Kazuya: (Snaps out of his daydream) Yeah. That's right. I'm gonna be late!! (Runs as fast is he can)
(Opening)

Ruby: Sapphie and the shy new student.

Kazuya: (Makes it into class) Just made it... (Sits down) Ruby, I hope Falulu isn't too lonely without any of us around.
Ruby: I'm sure she's ok. She has Luea with her.
Kazuya: I guess soo.
Tarou-Sensei: Hello, class. I'd like you to meet a new student. This is Aino Takeshi.
Takeshi: (Walks in the trips on his own feet)
Some of the class: (Laughs at him)
Tarou-Sensei: Now now, class. Let's be nice. Aino. Wanna introduce yourself?
Takeshi: (Gets up then nods) Sure... (Walks in front of the class shyly) My name is Aino Takeshi...
Boy: Shy guy.
Tarou-Sensei: Class, Please.
Takeshi: I wanna be an Idol and Actor just like my Mama.
Girk: You sure about that cause you're even too shy to speak in front on the class.
Most of the class: (Laughs)
Takeshi: (Tears comes out of his eyes)
Girl: You gonna cry about it? You're gonna tell your mama?
Kazuya: Lay off him. He's just shy!
Tarou-Sensei: Thank you, Mishou. You can sit down, now. Just find an empty seat.
Takeshi: (Nods Sadly then sits alone at the back then thinks) Why do I always get bullied?
(At lunchtime)

Takeshi: (Looks for Mizuki)
Sapphie: (Flies down to Takeshi)
Takeshi: Sapphie-Chan? (Catches her)
Sapphie: So you remember my name. Let me guess yours. Its... Aino Takeshi, right?
Takeshi: That's right. You remember my name too. But I have a question. How are you a jewel pet?
Sapphie: Hard to explain but we live in a beautiful place called Jewelland.
Takeshi: Jewelland?
Sapphie: Its a peaceful place where jewel pets live and play.
Takeshi: At least it's better than the life I have.
Sapphie: Why? What's the matter?
Takeshi: I'd rather not talk about it.
Bully 1: Well, well, well. If it isn't the new student.
Takeshi: Y... Yeah...
Bully 1: Having fun being alone?
Bullies: (Laughs)
Takeshi: What are you talking about?
Bully 2: What are you doing anyway?
Takeshi: Looking for my best friend, Kanzaki Mizuki-Chan. Have you... seen her?
Bully 1: What a loser! He can't even find his own best friend. He really is useless.
Bully 3: You see, you don't even have any friends.
Bullies: (Laughs)
Takeshi: Please stop... It's not nice...
Bully 2: Wait a minute. Is that a stuffed dog?
Takeshi: No. It's a Jewel pet.
Bully 1: Yeah right. There's no such thing as a jewel pet.
Bully 3: You're too old to believe that rubbish.
Bullies: Loser! (Laughs)
Takeshi: (Breaks into tears)
Sapphie: (Thinks) Takeshi-Kun.
Kazuya: Hey, You three! What do you think you're doing?
Youta: Stop that right now!
Takeshi: Kazuya-Kun... Hiramitsu-San...
Bully 2: Stay out of it, Mishou. It's none of your business.
Kazuya: It is too my business!! What are you doing to my cousin!
Bully 1: Cousin?
Kazuya: Yeah. He's my cousin. Soo what? Got a problem?
Youta: You should be ashamed of yourself. Bully a new student!
Bully 3: And what are you gonna do about it?
Kazuya: I'll tell the teacher!
Sapphie: (Snarls at the bullies)
Bullies: (Screams then runs away)
Kazuya: (Walks to him) Taki-Kun. Are you ok?
Takeshi: (Sits down then start crying)
Youta: What's the matter? Did they hurt your feelings that much?
Takeshi: I just moved here to avoid getting bullied but no matter where I go I can't seem to avoid getting bullied. I'm scared. (Crying)
Kazuya: Why didn't you tell me? Or Mizuki-Chan for that matter?
Takeshi: I was looking for her. She told me she was in this school. And I just couldn't. It's been like this since kindergarden. And it got worse ever since you and Mizuki-Chan left.
Kazuya: (Hugs him) Everything's gonna be ok, I promise. Just stuck with us and we'll protect you. And we'll find Mizuki-Chan together.
Mizuki: You don't have to... I'm right here.
Takeshi: Mizuki-Chan... (Tears up some more)
Mizuki: I heard everything. (Hugs him) I'm sorry I wasn't there for you. You must've been really scared.
Takeshi: (Hugs her back then cries) You don't know how happy I am to see you! I was soo lonely! I missed you all much!
Mizuki: You don't have to worry anymore cause we're back together now.
Sapphie: And I'll stay with you too. Those meanies are probably scared of me, now.
Takeshi: (Wipes away his tears) Thanks, you guys. At least I have you guys...
Sapphie: I'll protect you no matter what.
Takeshi: Sapphie-Chan...
Sapphie: What do you say?
Takeshi: (Smiles) Then I'll take good care of you. (Hugs Sapphie)
Hime: (Behind a tree watching smiling then thinks) A new friendship has been born.
(At Kazuya's house)

Kazuya: I'm home.
Mai: Welcome home, Big Brother.
Falulu: Who are they?
Kazuya: They're my Friends, Kanzaki Mizuki-Chan and Hiramitsu Youta-Kun. And this is my cousin Aino Takeshi-Kun.
Takeshi: But most of my friends just calls me Taki.
Luea: I'm Luea and I'm Ruby's best friend. And this is Falulu. It's a pleasure to meet you all.Bully
Falulu: Friends...
Mai: Come in.
(3 hours later)

Takeshi: (Tries to stay awake)
Kazuya: Taki-Kun?
Takeshi: (Falls asleep with his head on Mizuki's shoulder)
Youta: Taki-Kun? What's wrong? Are you sick?
Sapphie: Takeshi-Kun?
Mizuki: Shh. He's just sleeping
Takeshi: (Snoring lightly)
Sapphie: Thank goodness.
Ruby: He must be exhausted.
Kazuya: Can't say I blame him. The first day of new schools is always tough and exhausting.
Kanako (Mom): (Puts a blanket over Takeshi) You can all spend the night here if you want. It's getting late, anyway.
Mizuki: Thanks. We'd love too. Some day, Taki-Kun. You'll be stronger than anyone I know.
Takeshi: (Smiles in his sleep)
