Chandler sat on the bench, crossing her arms while tapping her foot impatiently on the floor. Just then, a tall shadow cast over her, she looked up to be met with dark brown eyes. "Oh, it's you", Heather muttered. J.D. ran his hand through his hair and chuckled softly. He bent down and sat next to her. " It's been a while, huh?", he smiled softly. Heather scoffed and rolled her eyes, " You move away to Vegas and hop from school to school and now you wanna pretend nothing ever happened?".

J.D. gave Chandler a slightly depressing smile look before running his hand through his hair and chuckling softly. "Heather...I didn't have control over that you know. Believe me, I truly didn't want to move but I didn't have a choice". Chandler furrowed her brows and sighed. "Whatever, that's in the past. What the hell are you doing here anyway?", Heather spat. "Ah, I was just looking for Veronica then I found you sitting here all alone", J.D. replied, followed by a sinister grin. Chandler's eyes darted at Jason immediately. "Why were you looking for her anyway? She's quite busy with me right me if you don't mind", Chandler gave him a dirty look and stood up. J.D. grinned. It was working. He was getting under her skin. "Well I suppose it seems she's abandoned you, because we've got plans today", Jason snickered. Heather felt her face heat up and palms get sweaty. Would Veronica really abandon Heather like that? Hundreds of thoughts and possibilities raced through Chandler's mind about what happened to Veronica. "Tsk..!", Heather scoffed and crossed her arms. She wanted to trust that Veronica wouldn't abandon her randomly. "Veronica wouldn't do that. If you think that you're going to try to destroy Veronica and I the second you get back, think again". Chandler tried her best to sound confident, even if she was having thoughts that conflicted everything she was saying. She swallowed and looked J.D. directly in the eyes.

Chandler and J.D. both went to the same elementary school in Texas and became extremely close friends. Originally meeting when the two both just so happened to get after school detention on the same day. Jason had gotten detention for throwing a pencil at some kid whilst Chandler got in trouble for saying "fuck". Soon after J.D. moved to Vegas unexpectedly without a word. Of course there were tons of rumors throughout the school. Heather didn't want to believe any of them, but it's not like she had an explanation either.
