4. Lily flower

       "My lord, everything is smoothly working according to our plans. I think this time we caught them in our trap for real." A voice said. It took me a moment to fully focus on what was happening. Then a deep voice spoke and his voice was strong.

        "That is how it should be." It was commanding and attracted me a lot so, I walked slowly taking a step at a time. I got close to where they were without revealing myself. Even though I got close enough to hear them very clearly, I couldn't see their faces well because it was very dark. I was about to run to another cover when they were distracted but a tap on my shoulder almost had my heart stopped. I tried to turn back but I couldn't, I was frozen in the spot and I knew trespassing would cause me a lot. I tried hard again and again to free myself but it was in vain. After struggling for a while I finally got free and raised my head from the pillow. My head felt heavy as if I was hit by somebody. I looked up to see a face looking from above.

"Yiyi, it was just a dream." I was so shocked that I opened my mouth to scream but he put his hand on my mouth to avoid it. The time stopped and I found myself inches away from his beautiful face. Then he talked. "Shh! Don't make any sound I am here to save you and your friend. Don't ask any questions and get off the bed." My body worked automatically and stood up and followed him straight away. Surprisingly Heeseung wasn't sleeping on his bed. "I felt there was something wrong," Heeseung said to us when walked into his room. We walked along a secret path which was opened by turning the stone statue built on the wall in our rooms. The walk was strangely too silent and none dared to start a conversation. I had many questions but, I didn't know how to bring them up. It took almost forever for us to reach the end of the dark corridor when we finally came out I took a deep breath of fresh air.

We turned around to welcome the strange boy who came out behind us. "Nice to see you again Flower Boy." Heeseung teased him which made his expression change. "Don't call me that. My name is Jungwon." Jungwon said sternly. "I think you owe us an explanation Jungwon." I couldn't risk trusting anyone in such situations. When I was new to those missions many backbiters deceived me easily but, years of experience made me learn how to judge and trust people. "It was the demon. He knew that you would come to us next so, they came earlier than you and threatened my mother. She had to obey him because she had to protect the kingdom. She didn't want unnecssary people to get involved so, she asked me to help you. I hope the warriors will save all of us as she said." When he said that I knew that deep inside what she wanted was to save Jungwon more. She knew as long as he was with us he was safer and she knew that he was born for something extraordinary. To others I must have been a rough and heartless person but, I was also a girl who grew up under my mother's care. I suddenly started to miss them so I had to take back my tears. "Where are we going next?" Heeseung took me back to reality and presented me with the immense responsibility I was shouldering by then. I looked at Jungwon who had his arms folded and lots of questions written on his face.

"Well the warriors you are talking about will come soon and they will save all of us. That is a promise I make. Then let me introduce you to this elder here. So far he is the only warrior I have acquainted with and we are on our way to find the rest. Well_" Heeseung cut me short. "Well I am the first one among the warriors and I am the second son of the King of Heaven. My true nature is a golden dragon. What about you?" It was more like asking for a battle instead of a self-introduction. "For me, My true nature is a lily flower." Before Jungwon could finish we heard steps. They were not coming toward us but they were close to us. When I wanted to examine whose steps they were Heeseung pulled me back to hide. We waited there to hear something.

After a long time, we heard someone talking. "Where did you hide them?" I was shocked to hear the voice in the dreams again. I wanted to see his face. I fought and freed myself from Heeseung and took a look at it to see a hooded figure as in my dreams. We weren't able to wait there longer because the next moment we heard steps behind us. We took off and ran as fast as our legs could. We heard the pace getting faster of the person following us so, we just ran and ran. After running for hours we stopped deep inside the forest.
