When I woke up from the nightmare I saw their worried faces filled with a lot of unanswered questions. Truly I wasn't ready to answer them as I was also confused and shocked of what I witnessed. The more I reminisced the more it felt real. Gladly they understood my reluctance to talk that they didn't ask me anything instead made sure I was comfortably going back to sleep. I got a soundless sleep till I forgot the face of the sorcerer.
The next morning we began our journey again along the busy streets of a local village which was as busy as any other would have being. I walked with the two but I didn't feel like myself. Something important was missing was it in my head or was that something I could easily see and grasp on to. I was wondering off in my head as I walked behind the pair who took a lead of good two feet ahead of me. Heeseung's keen eyes didn't take much time feel the change of my mood.
"What the hell is wrong with you? You have being acting weird since last night. You made chaos with innocent human and now you look someone who were thrown out from where you belonged. Yiyi don't you see how worried I am this is so not you." He could sense even a slight change in me. That was how close we were. We might have been cousins but our relationship was closer than that of siblings. No one knew him better than I did. He might have been the trouble making maniac all the time but the truth behind that mask was always out in the open with me. But what could I say? I was lost in somewhere in between everything that has been happening around me for these few days.
"Do you think we'll be able to find another one of us soon?" that was actually smart of Jungwon to distract him like that.
"We'll get to know when the time comes." Still it was in vain assuming he was more anxious and worried of me not the deadly quest we have signed in for. It had to be deadly because I could feel that call inside me.
A midst the awkwardness and silent arguments we entered a street with wooden houses on either side. That was a small village with just the fewest number of families who seemed to quite foreign to the surrounding neighborhood. The happy kids fooling around that they have adjusted very well to the foreign land. Little did they know that the happiness and joy in their faces were soon to be taken away?
They were still playing and it must have taken less than a minute to change those happy faces to utmost fear and terror.
An invisible gas must have emitted from the barrel but we didn't see it. Instead a foul smell following with a sudden fire catching all the houses in a row startled everybody. In a split second children's' laughter became a blood streaking screams and cries. Mothers lullabies became a wailing for help. The houses were dancing among red and orange flames of fire and burning to ashes. The poison gas were filling up the sky above us like a dark cloak laid above our heads.
Children were crying, some were pleading for help but all they could see had been the ash of the gas formed by the flame. Then I saw the silhouette a tiny girl was sitting a midst chaos helpelssly as if lost with no way home.
All praying and silent emotions were adding fuel to the air rising up."Heeseung, it's poisonous. You save as many as you could. Jungwon, use your charms to clean the fire soon." I could already feel the suffocation of the poison effecting on me. I ran to rescue the kids who have been playing with much joy just a while ago. I made the eldest of hem who could carry a little one in there arms arrived safety. Then I picked up the ones left and brought them to safety. I walked back and forth numerous times and every time I took much kids to safety.
But it wasn't so easy I couldn't bear it. Eyelids were getting heavier and heavier. Legs were getting numb that I was hardly walking. I myself was getting frustrated. I had a mission but I didn't have strength for it. I was no longer immune to the poisons as I was before. The moment I hit the land of human my heavenly powers started to drain and the things that have been happening to me seem to have quickened. I couldn't feel at least a drop of strength left in me.
That was how we were inherited. Our ancestors were war heroes but was limited to our home-the heaven. We could have gotten those powers to the foreign realms with the permission of the greatest the heavenly emperor. So little by little I was taken over by the poison hovering around. My vision turned into pitch black darkness but, I could feel a golden light shining welcoming me in. It gave me hope to relax and my soul was taken away from my own body while my whole consciousness was driven away.

"Why were you knocked out just now?" I heard them but, I couldn't answer. I tried but I couldn't and I was clueless of where I was and how I ended up there. There was one thing I saw everything they were doing. They were Heeseung, Jungwon and me. I couldn't tell that it wasn't me who was there. My body was possessed by someone or it might be something.
There were many questions to be answered. Why? How? When? They were all listing up in my head. But my last wish is that others would recognize that I wasn't the one there but someone else. And they shouldn't be too late.
"Where do you think we should go to next?" Jungwon's voice rung in my ears. She answered but, I couldn't hear it because once again I was dragged into a deep sleep.
Once more, I awoke, I uncertain whether it was the luminous embrace of day or the enigmatic shroud of night that enveloped my surroundings.
