𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗜𝗩𝗘, 𝗋𝖾𝗏𝖾𝗅𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇𝗌

The tension that was lingering outside the reception was breathtaking. No one dared to break the silence.

Turns out Emma did overhear the conversation we had earlier. "Y/n? Draken? What's the meaning of this?" she added, waiting for our response.

I couldn't think of anything, it feels like I'm in a total state of delirium, I'm losing my mind. All of these are happening too fast. It was all fine earlier, what happened?

"Emma..." I uttered.

I felt guilty as I looked into her eyes, I can see through her that she was holding back her tears, shaking.

"A-Are you guys dating behind my ba-!"

Emma didn't have the chance to finish what she was trying to say and was immediately cut off by Takashi. "Not gonna happen"

All of our eyes shifted on him as soon as he butted in. I looked at him confused as he pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arms around me. My face was buried in his chest to the point that I could feel his heartbeat.

"Y/n was with me. We were together for years"

My eyes widened, Takashi... Did he figure it out? And he's helping me to get out of this trouble?

"Years?" I could hear the annoyance in Draken's voice as he uttered his response.

"T-Takashi"

The feeling of being lightheaded attacked me once again. I could barely stand and understand what they were saying. I looked at my surroundings and everything seemed to be moving really fast.

"Y/N!"

"Y/N!"

"Y/N!"

I found myself lying on the ground as Takashi lifted and carried me in his arms.

"I'm taking her home," Takashi added.

He was about to stand up but then, Draken grabbed his hand which made him pause for a moment. "Mitsuya, she lives with us" he whispered,

Takashi issued a chuckle as he gazed at Emma and then Draken, "Well, not anymore" he responded, shoving Draken's hands away from him and walked away.

I could hear Draken's hisses. Emma just stood there beside him and remained silent. She seems to be convinced about what Takashi said.

"Worry about your fiance, I can handle my girlfriend alone," Takashi added.

With that, I caught a glimpse of Draken with Emma walking away from us. The sight of him with her somehow pierced my heart.

I inhaled deeply as I slightly closed my eyes. Is this how far we can go?

My eyes snapped open, looking up to the ceiling, all I could say is I woke up at the hospital. My eyes wander around to see if anyone was there beside me but turns out there wasn't.

A few minutes later, the doctor went to me and handed me the documents. At first, I was wondering why, but my eyes widened as soon as I saw the report.

"Congratulations ma'am! You're two weeks pregnant!"

My eyes widened even more. I couldn't believe what I'm hearing. This is his child...

I gasped and immediately cut my thoughts off, no, I can't tell him yet. He's with Emma and their wedding will be held this month. I didn't know what to feel, I was happy but anxious at the same time. I literally got pregnant by my best friend's fiance, how can I not react with mixed feelings?

The doctor simply nodded as she gave me some advice during pregnancy and left right away.

"Y/n..."

"Takashi?"

Takashi looked at me in a worried manner as he walked toward me. I know, he already figured it all out.

"Y/n... Is it true?"

I looked at him teary-eyed as I uttered his name, I just can't blurt it all out. "T-Takashi..."

But the way he looked at me was harmless. I know he'd understand, I had no choice, I've got to tell him. "It was one n-night... Something happened b-between me and D-Draken..."

I told him everything about us from the start, he looked at me in disbelief. He couldn't believe something horrific happened between us.

"But y/n..."

"I'm sorry! It was all my fault! I was drunk... we both are" I responded.

He then pulled me into a hug and whispered, "Let me take the responsibility y/n, I can be your child's father"
