I was trying not to cry again and chuckled. To lighten up the mood I guess.
« Well, if you need anything... I'm not supposed to do that to patients but I can offer you a place to sleep at my house. For a few days. Until you can explain all to your dad! »
I was shocked. I didn't think she'd react like that.
« You... are you serious? I mean... I don't want to be a burden »
« You're far from being one sweetheart ! Once you'll be discharged from here you'll stay with me! I'll take good care of you! »
This nurse is so nice. She really reminded me of mom.
« Thank you so much » I couldn't really say anything else, I was too surprised.
« Aww let me give you a hug. »
« Hm... can I call my boyfriend? »
« Yes, of course! »
