Review:
I will start by saying I like the way you started the novel, the opening chapter was detailed and good, I think while reading the novel I admired the wizard council part very much.
The novel has grammatical errors which I will recommend fixing because the storyline is good and having lots of grammatical errors does discourage a person from reading a novel.
One thing I enjoyed was the flow of the story, I would say I like Bern, that should be my beloved character.
My advice would be the writer needs to work on the grammatical errors and constructions of the sentence. The novel needs to be edited.
