Shoto Todoroki presented as a male omega, not common during these times.
Endeavor treats him as if he is nothing and will never amount to anything.

The first month of being off those pills were hell on icyhot. He went immediately into heat within the first three days and he was stuck in bed. His cramps not even ending after taking pain killers, his scent so strong that I have to excuse myself sometimes, and his fever spiking way up.
It got so bad one day I had to let Aizawa and All Might know about the suppressants Endeavor had Todoroki taking.
"Of course Enji would do that." All might grumbles.
"Explains why Todoroki didn't have to take days off for his heat." Aizawa adds.
"The problem is his scent is so strong now that if there is league member here then they definitely will be attracted to Shoto and no other omega." I explain.
"Thing is Todoroki is the only male omega in the school." All might confesses.
"Excuse me? What about the others that smell like omega?" I ask.
"Betas that have been coating themselves in omega scent." Aizawa answers. "It was to draw attention from Todoroki." He adds.
"I see." Bakugo growls. "Then why announce where you are hiding the omegas if there's a suspected league member?"
"Todoroki is bait." All might answers.
"Excuse me?!" I shout.
"Hes our Bait to the leaguer." He reanswers.
"This is sick and wrong!" I shout.
"This why we made an exception to the mate rule." All might tries.
"No excuse." I growl and head back to my dorm.
I walk into the dorm and see Todoroki is sleeping, finally.
I sigh in relief. I go to lay next to him till his phone goes off.
'Shoto, please meet me outside the school. You are in danger.' The mystery number from before texts.
'What danger?' I ask pretending to be Todoroki.
'Hawks informed the league of where all the male omegas are being hidden to the league and the leaguer in the school is planning on making a move soon.' The number explains.
'Fine, I will be there in 5.' I drop the phone and lock the door to make my way to the front of the school and when I arrive I see the villian Dabi.
"What the hell?!" I shout and was about to alert the school.
"Wait! I'm here to help my brother!" He shushes me.
"Brother?" I look at the guy and notice the features that look like the kid from the picture at the todoroki home. "Touya?"
"Yes. Shotos in danger here." He states.
"I am protecting him." I state.
"You are no match for the leaguer in there." He adds.
"What does Hawks have to do with this?" I ask.
"Triple spy." He answers.
"That bird brain." I growl. "How do you know he's a triple spy?"
"Hes my mate." He answers.
"What?" I am sick to my stomach.
"Dont be judging me on this. You are with the only male omega in the school. I think an alpha and beta aren't much of a disgust at this point." He tries.
"Whatever." I state and realize what this really is. "Wait, you came to take shoto away from here? You said the leaguer is really in the school?"
"Yes!" He states.
"Shoto!" I turn and run back to the dorms, touya right behind me.
As soon as we arrive to the floor of the dorms we see Todorokis and mine broken into. "Shit!" I rush over.
There we see Shoto fighting a tall male covered in a black suit.
"Bakugo!" Todoroki shouts for me. I jump into the fight but am stopped by Touya.
"What are you doing to-"
"Twice! Who said to make the move?!" He interrupts me.
"I couldn't help it. I smelled him." Twice states.
"I told you I'd handle this one." Touya states.
"I'm sorry. It's just his scent." Twice states. I growl T the freak.
"Oh it seems we have upset the mate." Twice states with a new voice.
"Leave! Now! I now have to clean this up so we don't get caught again. It was hard enough to get Toga free." Touya orders.
"As you wish." The Twice guy jumps out the window and disappears.

I sigh in relief and then look to Bakugo who is consoling my brother. "We need to get you two out of here." I state.
"How? You just told him that you'll handle us? How can we trust you?" Bakugo growls. I can smell the alpha protective hormones.
"I can't have them have my brother. Our father has done enough damage." I explain. "This life isn't for Shoto."
"How do we play this off?" Bakugo asks me.
"I'll lead you away from here to a hiding place. You'll stay there. Everyone will think you are missing but that helps making it look like you escaped me believable to the league." I explain and go to grab shoto. I lift him onto my back and have bakugo follow.

"Why are you having me hide aswell?" Bakugo asks.
"Because you're my brothers alpha. Someone needs to protect him." I answer.
"What do we do about your old man?" Bakugo now asks me.
"Dont worry about that." I answer. "Worry about shoto and hiding." I lead them to a hide away I use to use. "You do not come out from here till I say. No one else knows of this place. So don't be fooled if anyone finds you and tells you I said it's safe to come out."
Bakugo nods at me and takes shoto into the hide away. He turns around and looks at me. "You know if they find out you helped us you'll be killed."
