[A/N: Well, I am aware that was longer then the one week I promised but things happened and it got delayed. I cannot say I am going to make the deadline next week either so everyone will just have to see when I upload.

And with this note follows your one and only warning for this chapter, Dark Fantasy doesn't contain it anymore, this chapter treads into horror. I repeat, this is your one and only warning.

*Ilshu's Perspective*

I sat in the gatehouse, ran down and damaged on the inside. When Elise comes back we will have a good talk about disobeying orders from the one who spares you, day after day. Should I take her wings and display them as trophies. I should read her mind regardless of the situation, that should hold both an explanation and confession. I tapped my fingers against the worn down wall, every thirthy minutes I would have to wait here would be another method of torture used against Elise. Marc is going to go mad when he hear just how many ways he was allowed to play. I too had a few plans, but those would be the final touches to the canvas of fear. I chuckled a silent laugh, I had many plans and too little patience for everything. It took Elise a total of 379 minutes to arrive back at the gatehouse, having lowered the bridge in advance she walked in. I smirked at her, "Well Elise, now that night has fallen and the others have been dismissed to bed. Why should we not have a good, long talk about why you fled from your duties and returned but at the youthful hours of night." Her fear grew, I could instantly tell she did not expect to see me here. "Had you expected Triill to be here, lowering the bridge and helping you sneak back into my residence. Too bad I saw through your ploy and now I am here instead." I pulled out two chairs from the gatehouse as I set them down outside. The metal chains of the bridge screaming as it pulled up the plank. I ordered her to sit down, as I remained standing. She started speaking instantly when I allowed her, "I was doing an exploration mission, it beared-" as I interrupted her as soon as she spoke, "And who asked you to go on an exploration mission Elise, I don't remember anything of the sorts. Continue speaking." I sat down and started listening. "You did not ask for exploration, not at this point in time, but I thought ahead of time and considered this the best course of action. We still know little about our surroundings but now we know that this forest spreads far and wide. I have also concluded monsters are rarer in these parts, or so I saw from my view above the trees." <Enhanced Magic (Silence): Mind Probe>, as I finished casting the magic I now saw every single thought in her head, it was an ocean of panic. "I feel like you are leaving out some other important information, something about Oyatalos perhaps, just a gut feeling of mine." I saw the fighting spirit leave her body, it was amusing. "I see you had quite a good time there, perhaps planning on settling down with what was it again, Eric?"

*Elise's Perspective*

I finally got back to the Castle, the hours of night have long started as my wings grew tired. The bridge was already down as I heard chuckling. This was not Triill, it is the crazy wench again. I was in for a scolding, I just wanted to sleep by now. She started rambling about how I expected Triill, which while true is not my main annoyance. I was told to sit on a chair which was just pulled out of the gatehouse. Ramble ramble, shut the fuck up woman, not that I said that aloud. I started to explain why and what I did, very clearly leaving out Oyatalos as a whole. This came back to bite me as she started asking me specifically about Oyatalos. Mocking me she then started about Eric. Perhaps I should have let the little shit die. She had now crossed all boundries, "I am tired and wish to continue speaking with you about this tomorrow." The bitch just shook her head and told me to stay there, "I never said you were excused, nor did I forgive your actions. Now, I have read some more passing thoughts, really interesting, you beat up their strongest and just left. I should read your mind more often at the early hours of a new day." I just sat there, I didn't want to try anything anymore currently. I was exhausted and every word this bitch spouted exhausted me more. "I see, so that is the direction to the 'shithole', you are now excused, and you should prepare for tomorrow." A large grin formed on her face when she said this before yelling out, "Seven". Fuck. I got up pushing the chair backwards before it fell over as I walked towards the main hall. I was going to be in pain tomorrow, I should try asking Triill for help. The Merciful and all that. I decided to put that forwards as I fell onto my bed, falling asleep in a short matter of time.
