Arriving home he had noticed that Kento had already packed most of his suitcases, waiting at the door for him.
"H-hello..." izuku paused not wanting to call Kento what he had been told but did so anyway "Alpha." izuku finished
Kento smirked hearing the small omega become submissive to the title of all those more superior to him. Izuku took the color and clipped it around his neck. A few moments later attaching a small braided leash
Izuku was spacing out when he felt a harsh tug and slowly followed Kento to the car. Or maybe more known as his new home and possibly death place.
After being shoved in the car and slowly passing out after having a cloth cover his mouth everything went black. And Kento went driving. Hours and hours away from their town. Their home.
Izuku woke up after being slightly slapped and halfway falling out of the car. Looking around her began realizing he had never seen this place before. They were nowhere near their hometown. After realizing that they had stopped izuku sat down, remembering the time that Kento had effectively beat him into the rules and submission.
Rule 1: follow rules. Plain and simple, or so it seemed. Izuku had no way of knowing what new rules had been created meaning that if we went against a rule he didn't know about he was in for a treat.
One of the many rules izuku had learned about was that if he had the leash and collar attached while following or as Kento called it "heeling" he had to sit every time they stopped. No matter the ground or where they were. The ground izuku had just dropped to was rocked and dirt, seemingly a dirt road.
Izuku winced at the hurt in his knees as he dropped to the ground next to Kento but quickly bowed his head after, hearing and watching three more pairs of feet near the other two.
"I see you've brought i nicely trained omega." One seemingly make man says.
"Yes, yes. I have heard that you like them better trained. So he is." Kento replied
"Maximum, take the omega to his quarters. I shall meet you there after collecting my payment." The first voice said
" yes sir." A new higher pitched male voice said walking towards the couple.. if you could cal it that. Taking the leash from Kento. The last time he would ever here the boyfriend, or Alpha's voice he had said this.
"Follow the rules puppy, and make sure to be on your best behavior or you might get punished. Now follow your new alphas"
The way he had said the last sentence gave izuku shivers, but following the command izuku stood up and followed the person had the leash attached.
After walking for a few minutes and through the doors of a building he had noticed the pristine floors, it seemed like a hospital. Maybe abandoned and then turned into an omega facility?
Izuku stopped at a door with the other person, dropping onto his knees the other male scanned something opening the door of the room. Waving izuku inside. Izuku walked inside and looked up to see a bed and a small toilet. It seemed like a mental hospital room.
"Ah- ah! You may not look up without permission." The other male stated tugging back harshly on izuku's leash.
Izuku quickly looked back to the floor. The male had explained a few things and then given him some clothes to put on. After changing into them he looked down at himself. Not sure what to think of the outfit
(I'm imagining this sort of thing, each on meaning a different ranking omega based on how long the omega has been there, white blazer being less than a year or a year, black blazer being 2-4 years and the red blazer being 5-6 years. Anything above that means they will have a different uniform ((shown later)) izuku bas a white with uniform)

(P.s. most omegas don't make it past six years which is why I've only shown these three uniforms)
After hearing a knock on the door he quickly smooths over the outfit while dropping to his knees in front of the small frame of the bed. Hearing the click of two different pairs of shoes he assumes there is a man wearing dress shoes and a woman in heals.
"Izuku Midoriya. Please look up and state your age." A deeper masculine voice he had heard earlier outside said
Izuku looked up "sixteen, Alpha." Izuku says timid with a small waver in his voice.
"He seems well trained. You will be known as Omega #834." He says glancing at the blond haired assistant and then looking back at izuku for the second sentence.
