The picture above is the actual character herself, Karou (THIS IMAGE IS NOT MINE AND CREDIT TO THE PERSON WHO HAS DONE IT) ehem, anyway, if you have ever read Daughter of Smoke and Bone (a really good book), which most of you guys most likely have not. But if you have you would understand, anyway this is one of my fav book series so I chose her for stuffshadow's art contest!

I chose panther because of looks, personality, and overall I think would fit her.

You can actually see one of Karou's most defining traits in this, her hopsas, (Eyes on her hand/paw, and I think that's how you spell it.) I also added blue to the panthers fur to define her blue hair.

And BOOM. Done, this took a while so I hope you guys are satisfied. The cat itself was like 12 layers and the overall drawing around 42 layers. Anyway, like I said I am taking a break from art so my next update won't be until some time (idk when)
