"Mittens?" Amity's mom says "go away mom.." amity replies with. "Ugh, i was only here to talk. I am staying to talk young lady"
"Fine mom, do whatever" Amity says. " IS NOTHING EVER RIGHT WITH YOU, UNGREATFULL USELESS CHILD!" Amity cries softly whilst laying on her bed facing the opposite way of her mom. "Your human friend payed a visit at the door today.." Amity's mom says. As Amity's eyes widen she says: "when was this?..." "that doesn't concern you" Her mom replies. "Well.... what did she say?.." amity asks curiously. "She said something I didn't know friends would say...at- the end. Right before i told her to go away she told me to tell you "much love" from her? What was that about?" She asks in a forced voice "what do you mean?" Amity asks. "Well someone doesn't just *send* a friend love. does she?" She says concerned "it's called platonic love, mom it's a normal thing" amity replies. " it isn't about that! It's about you needing to learn what love is and how to earn it" Amity's mom sais. "Mom, please, leave me alone. I deserve love as much as anyone else stop talking to me like I'm worthless!" Amity says fiercely. "But you ARE worthless. You never listen, you never learn!!" As she says that amity can already feel the slap against her head before her mom even slaps her. Wich, she did. Amity decides to secretly not go to school because she doesn't want her school or her dad to see her bruises she has after her mom had slapped her 3 times that day. Since amity didn't actually go to school and stayed near the house she was surprisingly, for her mom, home early. That went on for 2 weeks straight and principle Bump was a bit worried and concerned since he hadn't seen Amity in 2 weeks without an explanation.
Principle Bumps POV:
I need to check my messages about Amity...
Hmmm...amity...amity...amity...
Oh no. Again. Nothing.
Maybe i should ask luz, willow and augustus.
Oh there they are.
"Luz! Willow! Augustus! Hello" i said
"Hey princi b hows it hangin?" Luz had to call me that again...
"Don't call me that" i said with a straight face. "Right, sorry. Well what's up? You seem down?" Luz said "Have you guys heard anything about Amity? I haven't seen her here or heard anything from her or her parents, nor edric and emira."
"We haven't heard anything either, were kind of worried, I'll go by her house this afternoon" Luz replied.
I miss that child, she brightened things up.
After school, luz went by her girlfriends house, again.
Luz knocks on the door and Emira opens the door because Amity's mom is busy
"Oh hey Human, here to see amity? I thought she would walk with you."
"Walk with me?" Luz asks.
"Yeah! From school? Duhh" emira replies. Wich luz follows up questioning: "but amity hasn't been in school in over 2 weeks?!"
"I mean, i haven't really seen her at school, logically because were in different school years but i do see her go to school every morning" Em says
"I thought she was sick or something bad happend to her? Is she okay?" Luz asks worryingly
"I mean, if she isn't in school and not at home in school time...WHERE THE HELL IS MITTENS". As Emira screams that, edric screams along: "WHAT'S HAPPENING, why are we screaming? Oh, hey luz"
"Hey ed, were talking about Amity" luz replies. They keep talking about where amity could be and split up.
Edrics POV:
I was just talking to myself...i really need to stop doing that "Hmm... if i were mittens- I MEAN amity...where would i hide in my time of depressens...STOP EDRIC this is about amity not you." I then saw that hunter guy..Still dont know if i can trust him i just started talking to him. "Hey! Hunter? Was it?" I said "yes, hunter. Who are you again?" He said " It's edric" i replied "ugh one of those blights" i thought i heard hunter say? Or im just deaf. "What was that?-" i said and he just said "oh nothing" like litteraly everyone says in this situations but oh well. I asked if he'd seen amity and he didn't, so that's that i guess.
Luz's POV:
UGH I COULDNT FIND AMITY ANYWHERE i just went like this: "AMITYYYYY WHERE ARE YOUUU...WHY WERENT YOU AT SCHOOOOOOL" I couldn't find her anywhere. Untill...i did see a purple haired-Amity's heighted-girl walk around the corner but when i followed that person-maybe to be-amity...it was gone
I saw Eda and King shopping. They knew i was gone because i went to Amity's house, i didn't want to bother them because they didn't know something was up. Even though now that i think about it...Amity should've been home when we were searching or atleast on her way because principle Bump sent us out early to search for her...it was lowkey obsessive how he missed her so much...same as when we were bannished but oh well. In the end i didn't find her.
Emira's POV:
"MITTENS- UH I MEAN AMITYY" i kept yelling and yelling. Eventually I went a little further into town and i actually found Amity! She's on top of the roof near the pier...no idea how she got there. I managed to get up there though. I sat down and i think i startled her a little bit because...she almost fell of the roof.. but okay. Our conversation went like this: "Amity? What are you doing here on top of this roof? And why are you here in the first place. You're lucky mom is on a business trip for 3 days" i said. "You KNOW why. And i know you know i haven't been going to school. Other wise you wouldn't have found me here.." amity said. "But you know you can talk to any of us, Luz is worried sick" i responded. "What do you mean Luz is worried. She should've thought i was sick or something. I didn't want her to worry about me so i told her everything was okay and just said that i had extra homework. Well, i know she came around a few weeks ago because mom told me as she stormed into my room..." amity said WAY too quickly "Mittens.. You know its absolutely not okay what mom is doing to you. She's litteraly mentally and now also physically draining you.." i said. And then she said the dumbest thing ever; "it can't be that bad, its all my fault anyway" OMG AMITY SHUT UP! I followed with: "Amity?! It's litteral abuse! You know what. I'll talk to dad about it and maybe mom too. but TELL LUZ about this, okay?" "Fine.." amity replied.
[Later that day]
Luz was still searching for amity as she saw her walking up to her. Amity was holding one arm with the other hanging down and walking slowly up to her with her head facing the ground, as Luz widens her eyes she runs towards amity not noticing she was running at this point as she was still walking she bumped into luz who was running and hugging her tightly. Amity's eyes widened as she hugs her tight but gentle. As she lets go of Amity she asks "Where were you! Oh my god!!.. i was SO worried!!! Why weren't you in school but also not at home...THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE" as Amity tries to speak, she opens her mouth to say something but just drops on the ground (near the owl house) bursting out crying. Luz also sits on the ground talking her by and Amity explains herself.
