Chapter 9

A/N Hiya zebras! I love you guys. sorry I haven't uploaded in a couple days, I was grounded from my phone and that's where I do my updates. I shouted No! Jimmy protested when they took it and my mom now thinks im the strangest kid on earth. Horray for Jimmy!!!

Lexi's POV

I woke up in Zayn's arms and smiled. He looked so peaceful.

"Stop staring at me!" He said.

"You're awake?" I exclaimed.

He nodded and pulled me closer to him. "I was awake before you."

He went to kiss me but I dogged his lips. He looked at me with a puppy dog eyes and I smirked.

"I thought you loved me!" He gasped.

"I do love you Zaynie. But I have morning breath. Damn it! I forgot my toothbrush!" I groaned, going through my purse.

"I have mouthwash if you want to use some." Zayn laughed.

I nodded while still going through my purse. Finally I found what I was looking for. I grinned in triumph as I held up a package of on the go disposable toothbrushes.

"Really?" Zayn asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Leave me alone." I whined. "I hate bad breath!"

I walked over to the bathroom and took one out of the package. After I brushed my teeth I walked back into the room.

"Now can I kiss you?" He asked, wrapping his arms around my waist.

Before I could reply, his lips were on mine.

"Oi Zayn! Wake up!" Louis yelled from the other side of the door.

Moments later the door flung open and Louis was standing there with a cup of water.

"Lexi!" He exclaimed, setting the cup down and engulfing me into a hug.

"Hey Lou." I said hugging him back.

"Were you planning on dumping that on me?" Zayn asked motioning at the cup.

"What? Dump water on you? I would never!" Louis exclaimed.

"What's with all the noise?" Liam asked, coming into the room.

"Louis was planning on waking me up. By dumping water on me." Zayn snapped, glaring at the older boy.

Liam snickered. I looked down at the ground when his glance shifted to me.

"Lexi, this is Liam. Liam, this is my girlfriend, Lexi." Zayn introduced.

"Hey. Beware of Louis." Liam snickered.

"Oh I know. I was here the other night and he stole my phone, found out my password, read my texts, and scared the shit out of me!" I exclaimed.

"I did not! Why would you say that?" Louis gasped.

"You did too!"

"Did not!"

"Did too."

"Not!"

"Too!"

"NOT!"

"TOO!"

"ENOUGH!" Liam shouted.

Louis and I both shot daggers at each other then at Liam.

"I'm hungry!" Niall yelled as he entered the room.

He noticed me and ran over to me. "Hi, I'm Niall."

"Hey Niall, I'm Lexi." I said, grinning at him. Guess the rumors were true, this boy is not the least bit shy.

Suddenly I was engulfed in a hug by the Irish boy. I swear to God that was the damn hug I'd ever had.

"Can I have my girlfriend back?" Zayn whined.

Louis grabbed me tightly around the waist. "Never! She's mine now! Mwa-ha-ha-ha!"

"Okay Lou. I got you." A girls voice chimed in.

"Brooke!" Louis exclaimed letting go of my waist to engulf the girl in a hug and then kiss her.

I quickly ran to Zayn before someone else could take me captive.

"Ewwwwww! No PDA!" Harry exclaimed as he entered the room.

"Oh shut up Haz. You act as though you're innocent. Which we all know is not true." Louis snickered.

Harry rolled his eyes before noticing me. "Hey Lexi. Long time no flirt."

"She's mine!" Zayn exclaimed, exasperated.

"Don't be so sure Bradfordboi." I smirked. "I'm a sucker for curls."

I ran over to Harry and hugged him laughing at the jealousy written all over Zayn's face.

"Don't tease him. He's had bad luck with previous relationships and the littlest stuff upsets him." Harry whispered.

I let go of Harry and ran over to Zayn. My arms wrapped around his torso and I kissed him.

"Awwww you two are so cute!" Brooke exclaimed.

Zayn stuck his tongue out at Harry who seemed to be texting someone.

"Oh and I'm Brooke by the way." She added.

"Lexi." I replied smiling.

"I'M HUNGRY!" Niall shouted for the second time.

"Me too." I admitted.

"IHop!" Louis and Harry both shouted.

"I'll just go home." I said.

"Why?" Zayn asked.

"Well I don't have any clothes and no brush." I stated as though it was obvious.

Brooke laughed. "I can lend you something to wear and everyone here owns at least one brush."

She took my hand and dragged me to a room that I assumed was shared by her and Louis.

A few minutes later she shoved a pair of light blue skinning jeans with a little bit of neon green stitching and a neon green shirt that said Love Me Because I'm Beautiful with a faded black picture of a girl. Then she threw a purple Vans jumper at me.

"Now go in the bathroom and get dressed." She said, shoving me into the bathroom.

"Okay, you don't have to be so pushy!" I exclaimed.

She laughed. "You can use my brush."

I smiled before shutting the door and taking off my clothes from yesterday. I slipped into the clothes Brooke lent me and picked up what i assumed was her brush.

After braiding my hair in a long side fish tail braid, I opened the door. I made my way over to Zayn's room and put my clothes with my purse.

I walked back out and smiled at my boyfriend. My boyfriend. It seemed strange to call him that especially because we had just met a few days ago.

"You ready to go guys?" Liam asked.

We nodded and walked down to Louis's car.
