Anastasia's POV:
It's been a week since mom committed suicide and Sebastian and I moved in with DJ and Ash. Me and Sebastian are standing at the front doors of the school. "Sebastian, I'm scared, what if they make fun of me..?" I said, fear and nervousness hidden in my voice. "If they make fun of you, I'll break their nose. As long as I'm here, no one can lay a finger on you." He gave me a reassuring smile as I smiled back at him. We both walked into the building as we got weird stares. 'Their staring at you.' 'They think you're disgusting.' 'Your brother won't protect you. It's just an act.' As the negative thoughts flowed in, my breathing started to get more and more fast and heavy. I ran to the bathroom with tears filling my eyes. I heard Sebastian running after me, then hearing a rather loud thud. I didn't have time to look back before finding the bathroom and locking myself in, sitting in the corner and crying.

Sebastians POV:
Anastasia ran away. I tried to catch up to her but bumped into something. Someone. "Hey watch where you're going dude!" I heard the long-haired brunette say. "O-oh shit sorry man, my sister got paranoid and ran to the bathroom probably crying and I tried to catch up with her and-" as I was speaking I got cut off by a ginger who about my height and was probably the brunettes friend. "Was it that girl who was just running down the hallway?" He asked. "Yea, that was her.. can you please lead me to the bathroom?" I asked. "I'll lead you there." Said the ginger. He led me to the women's bathroom. I knocked on the door, obviously respecting her privacy and waited for a response. "Yea..?" I heard Anastasia say. "Hey, it's Sebz, I just wanted to know if you're okay. Yknow there's a counselors office just down the hallway if you wanna talk there." I said. I heard a sniff then she spoke again. "Is there going to be anyone else there?" I heard her say. "I could ask the teacher if he could leave us alone for a few minutes?" I said. I heard silence then she spoke. "Okay, if you say so.." The ginger was gone by now and I heard the door unlock. She came out of the bathroom with a paper towel covering her blue eye. "You know you don't have to do that, right?" I said. She rolled the eye I could see and I led her to the counselors office. I asked him if he could leave for a few moments and he agreed. We talked for about five minutes before we left the room and thanked the counselor. We got to our first class just in time and sat down in our seats. And big surprise, there's the brunette and the ginger sitting across from us. The teacher started on the lesson as I slowly drifted off. I woke up startled by the bell. 'How the fuck is it lunch already??' I asked myself. I realized I was in a different classroom. Huh. I walked to the courtyard with Anastasia and sat down at a table as she started rambling about her day. I listened to her while silently eating. I then heard a voice behind me. "Oh my God, that girl is a freak!! Why would you even want to sit with her?!" I heard the boy say while laughing. Without a second thought I stood up and slapped the guy across the face. "Don't you EVER talk to my sister like that." I said in a stern voice. The boy punched me and it hurt like hell. We started fighting as I seen all eyes on us. I made his nose bleed and he gave me a black eye. Just then I heard someone cheering me on. "Go brunette! Go brunette! Go brunette! Go brunette!" I kicked the guy in the balls and sat down again, with the guy on his knees and mumbling things under his breath. 'Nice.' I thought to myself. I looked at the person who cheered me on. They were short with blonde hair with an eyepatch covering one of their eyes. They had a purple dress with long sleeves. They were also eating cheese-its. And surprise again, there's the brunette and the ginger, along with a girl with brunette hair, a girl with grey hair and blue bangs covering their eyes, and a boy with a mask and blue hair with pigtails. I went over to the blondie and the others. "Hey, you're the one who bumped into me, right?" The brunette boy asked. "Yea, sorry about that." I said, laughing a bit while rubbing the back of my neck. Anastasia hands me a paper towel that had her ice pack wrapped inside of it. I thanked her and put it on my eye, hissing a bit at the coldness. I learned that the brunette boys name was Larry, the blue haired Sal, the brunette girl Ash, the grey haired Sammi, the blondie Pranks and the ginger Todd. We talked for awhile and found out we were all in almost every class with each other.

                      ~Time skip~
We were all in gym. This was basically a free period. We joked around and talked for awhile. Me and Stesia starte+¹d play fighting while the others watched. Later I asked them if they wanted to come over. They all said yes. Welp, 6 people are going to be coming to my house today.

                        ~Time skip~
We are at my house. DJ is sitting with me, Ash, Stesia, Sammi, Pranks, Sal, Larry, Ashley and Todd. We were all talking and having fun when we heard what sounded like a window breaking. "I'm gonna go check it out." I said, grabbing the baseball bat by the front door going upstairs.

DJ's POV:
There was the sound of a window breaking. Sebastian said that he would check out the scene and grabbed a baseball bat and went upstairs. A few moments later Sebastian came crashing down the stairs with a bloody nose and scratches across his body. We were all in shock by the scene, but what was coming next was the worst part of it all.
