Let's just read why the Red Bull Dogs gang murdered 4 highschoolers first.
Okay.. what i'm seeing is
"This gang is quite wild. Another murdery has happened. 4 highschooler boys was murdered by The Red Bull Dogs Gang. And you might be wondering the reason for it? Apparently.. those 4 guys was a member from a small gang called The Black Eagles Gang"
Okay.. so you're telling me those 4 dudes were from The Black Eagles gang? So that means.. Ryosuke wants to get revenge on that gang or some shit?
Because.. at that moment, his eyes were mad serious when it comes to talking about The Red Bull Dogs gang. Okay okay.. let's continue on reading.
"And rumor says that, maybe those 4 highschoolers wanted revenge because of that one Kyoto Incident"
The Kyoto Incident? What literally happened to Kyoto? I don't even know what's going on though.. but later i'll search that up i guess?

At The Black Eagle Gang's Meeting..

"Alright everyone.. listen up" Said Ryosuke.
Then all of them made their eye towards Ryosuke. "Since Atsuji, Hideyoshi, Makoto, and Akimitsu failed to eliminate the Red Bull Dogs gang leader, it looks like we need a new plan" Said Ryosuke.
All of them nods.
"And since our top priority is to conquer and own Tokyo, we better grow our gang into a way more stronger gang into defeating that Red Bull Dog shitheads" Said Ryosuke.
"And Kenji-san agreed with us. He'll be ready to help all of us conquer Tokyo and defeat those shitheads" Said Ryosuke.
"And i know that this is gonna be a very long journey for all of us. But.. it'll be worth it" Said Ryosuke.
"And now.. GLORY FOR THE BLACK EAGLES!" Screamed Ryosuke.
"GLORY FOR THE BLACK EAGLES!"
