The shift has ended, Annie was returned to her parents but something plagued your head.
"Its a secret between me and Annie. So I'm not spilling!"
What 'secret' is he intending?
You weren't often to get personal as you know how dreadfully uncomfortable it is to be asked about things you'd prefer to be between you and yourself.
"Bye-bye!" A girl waved her hands enthusiastically exiting the daycare.
"Bye! Hope to see you soon!" Sun gave the same goodbye by waving his arms as she left with her grandparents.
"What a day, huh?" Sun nudged your shoulder and woke you up.
"Oh? Yeah, I guess it was." You smiled softly looking back at the floor in thought.
"Hey.." Sun walked around you looking deeply for signs of something off.
"Something wrong Y/n?" He crouched from the side of your face to look at you.
"Sorry if its annoying or anything but, what did you mean by 'secret' between you and Annie?" He stood back up after the question and looked around.
"I don't think.. She would like me telling anyone." Sun looked back at your face nervously.
"What do you mean by that?" The thought of the secret being offensive to you came into mind, so maybe that was why.
"She has entrusted me with this secret and I'm never gonna tell anyone! My lips are shut!" He pinched his fingers together and slid them across his smile to emphasize the 'shut' as much as he could.
"Just one hint? Please?" You highly suspected something negative about you since she seemed to be one to hold grudges.
"Its something that happened before you were here so that's all I'm saying!" He turned his head away to end the questions.
Well at least you knew it can't be about you so it would be best not to get into it any further.
"Well then, I should get going." Your hands searched around for the keys that open your door to give you access to the inside.
"My keys." A skip of a heart beat was felt as panic set in.
"Your keys?" Sun asked looking at you questioning what you meant.
"Yeah my keys, I really need them." You looked around go see if the shape or color stood out anywhere.
"Please don't say a kid took them." dread set in as the thought of losing the only pair of keys you had to your own house set in.
"Sun, have you seen any keys around? I really need them." You pleaded becoming more of an anxiety filled wreck.
"Why? You can stay here if you want, I don't mind at all!" Sun chirped but it didn't help anything.
