Just in case you don't know the SHINee members have their own houses apart from Minho and Onew  who still live at the dorm (I think?) but anyway enjoy! <3

I actually beg you to not comment about stuff like 'I miss Jonghyun' and stuff I understand if you are still grieving but it can be triggering for other shawols so please don't 

Jonghyun is in this story and will be in my other ones in the future just a heads up!

Taemin's pov-

I was kind of salty today because of the fact I am the only one that has a schedule today, my members are all hanging out at the old dorm and said I can come over as soon as a I finish what I have planned.

I was going to walk to the SM building because it's not a long walk plus it's a nice day, I was checking everything like the tv was off and lights were off when suddenly the front door rattled. I froze and then there was a bang on the door and more rattling, I knew for a fact that no one was coming over today nor was I expecting anyone I made sure I had my phone and peeked around a wall to look at the door.  

I was met with a guy in a blue jumper with the hood up and he was wearing a black mask, he must have sensed me there or something because he looked up from the door handle and locked eyes with me. It was terrifying I looked down and saw something a peeking out of his pant pocket it looked like a knife handle, I looked back up and nearly screamed his face was pushed up against the glass and he had pulled down his mask and was flashing this horrifying smile at me.

I ran when he rattled the door handle and banged on the door again, I ran to my room and hid in my closet wishing I had locks on my bedroom door but I can't do anything about that now. I called Onew Hyung and he picked up on first try ''Hi Taemin what's up aren't you supposed to be at a schedule right now?'' he said while sounding confused but happy to talk to me.

I took a deep breath and heard the rattling again  ''Hyung get one of the others to call the police'' I quickly said and I noticed my hands was shaking, ''Taemin what's going on'' he sounded confused yet worried ''someone is trying to break in can one of you call the police please'' I was panicking. ''Yeah alright one minute love'' I could tell he was panicking I heard him shout something to the others like 'get here and one of you call the police' and I heard hurried footsteps and lots off shouting before Onew shouted at them to shut up.

Onew Hyung, basically explained that I had called him telling him that someone is trying to break in and told one of them to call the police ''Hyung, I'm going facetime you I'm so scared and it might comfort me a bit'' I told him my voice shaking thinking that seeing his face and the others would comfort me a bit. ''Okay Taemin Key is calling the police right now'' I let out a sigh of relief and facetimed him, he answered it straight away and I noticed that the phone was set up in a way that I could see everyone sat on the couch.

All of them had a panicked expression and I noticed key had his phone on his lap on speaker waiting to talk to a dispatcher, I smiled at them and they smiled back ''The banging on the door and rattling has stopped'' I said after realizing I haven't heard anything  ''That's good just stay calm alright'' Jonghyun Hyung said smiling at me I nodded and smiled at him. I noticed Key hyung was now on the phone ''Taemin can you describe the person like race, eye colour and stuff like that'' Key asked and I nodded ''Um he was wearing a blue hoodie and was covering his head with the hood, he was wearing a mask and black pants. He was Asian, brown eyes and black shoes'' I told him he nodded and repeated back to the dispatcher ''was he armed'' and I thought for a sec before remembering ''I think he looked like he had a knife handle peeking out of his pocket'' he nodded and told the dispatcher the other's still looked worried.
