The strategic team was having fun and laughing as the scouts were eating quietly. Connie spoke up asking
"Why are y'all so happy, right now?" this grabbed everyone attention
"What do you want us to do? Sulk around?" Zoro asked drinking his rum
"Y/n told us to live and be happy. She would be disappointed if we wore sad faces. I will be damned if I disobey her last command." Sakura said a little annoyed as the rest of the team agreed.
"Okay! I know I'm not the only person who wants to address the elephant in the room" Hange exclaimed
"What?" Erza asked confused
"What is Y/n's relationship with Itachi?" Hange eagerly asked
"They don't have one" Feitan stated aggravated with them trying to pry into her life.
"What about their past relationship?" Armin finally spoke up
"Prying into her past, are we?" Sakura asked
"It's fine, I'll tell them" Itachi spoke
"Me and Y/n used to be lovers, we were head over hills for each other. We were with each other every day and every night, but when it came to work she was my commander, I was her scout." Itachi said as he took a shot.
"But everywhere else they were seen as the cute serious couple" Sakura stated smiling

She also took noticed at Armin's change and demeaner
"I love her, always will. If it came down to it, I'd give my life for her, but all good things come to an end. She thought I deserved better and pushed me away, eventually she did fall out of love with me. So it would seem. We argued often because I would always put myself in danger protecting her, one time I got seriously hurt and I think that's what finally pushed her away." Itachi finished as he leaned back in his chair with his eyes closed.
"Yup! We witnessed everything, he was her first love and watching them earlier was hard knowing their past." Erza stated
"Why'd she kiss you" Mikasa asked
"It was her way of ending our relationship or what was left of it." Itachi said
"I thought y'all told us Y/n never got close to anyone. So, Armin isn't the first?" Jean asked
"No definitely not" Levi commented drawing the scouts attention
"What do you mean?" Eren asked surprised
All the scouts looked around the room, looking at everyone's expressions. Sakura and Zoro were still drinking. Saeko and Akame were watching this play out, waiting for someone to get disrespectful. The rest were just listening to the conversation as Itachi finally leaned back up.
