"So Gwinna, what did you and Father do today?" Aeledwyn asked her daughter in front of her, as they both sat on the same cantering horse, surrounded on either side by the Elf Knights loyal to them.
"Not much, Mother. I just showed him the new spells Gaiagan taught me." She replied.
"Oh? Do tell." Her mother was intrigued by what Gastan had picked up.
"Nevermind me, what did you do with him?" Guinevere wanted her to confess what they were up to while she tried to bury herself in her current book, Korilla's Justice.
"Umm..." She knew the answer, but struggled with how to word it appropriately. "Well, first of all-"
"Oh stop playing around, Mother. I know you and Father were fucking. Your soundproofing spell failed, again." The 16-year old immediately spoke over her.
"Oh- Guinevere Vireas Aegnidd!" Aeledwyn abruptly stalled the horse, taking both reins in her right hand as she gripped her daughter's shoulder to scold her; the surrounding Knights stopped too.
"What did I say about being vulgar? If I hear one more swear word out of you, you are grounded for a week! Do I make myself clear?""Mother, you can't ground me, I'm 16!" The young girl argued back.
"Do you want your precious books taken away, hm? Do you want to be scrubbing the kitchens for seven days straight? Shall I start finding you a husband to cook for?" The strict but well-meaning mother bombarded Guinevere with harsh questions.
"No," the girl quietly murmured.
"What was that?" She expected more enthusiasm.
"No." Guinevere loudly returned.
"Excellent. Now, let's go home. Maybe, if you behave, Cirillac'h here can be your birthday present." Aeledwyn proceeded to resume riding her faithful mare, and her loyal Elf Knights followed their Queen along the path back to Guinvaera Manor.
