I stop for a while after I have pushed the couch on the side catching my breath. Jimin walks from the kitchen holding a glass of cold water handing on me.

We've been arranging my apartment since this morning and its the living room is the last room to finish

"Tae, I told you to wait for me, I'm going to help you pushed it, why are you in hurry?"

"It's 2pm already Jiminie and  we're still here, I have to clean the bathroom too"

" I'm the one going to do that! Why you have to do all that today, we still have tomorrow, aren't you tired?" He tucked my hair behind my ears concerned adorned in his face

"I just want to do it all today" I flop on the couch leaning to it to strengthen my back

"I notice that every week you're arranging things here and you start to be a clean freaks.. something bothering you right?"

" What? No! Why do you think that?"

" I know you Tae, you always make yourself tired cleaning, washing and arranging here when you can't take your mind away from someone or something"

" You know me very well"

" See, I'm not wrong! Who is this you thinking now? He ask

" I.. I received letters from Mark, and he.... he's asking me to go out with him" Jimin raise his eyebrows on that

"I don't know to answer him and yesterday I saw him before we got out of the University, he insists that I need to go out for awhile"

" And?"

" I said yes? I would like to?"
I close my eyes saying hesitantly.. I know Jimin will get angry. I don't want to but I can't say no.. he's nice and I think I should go out but I'm still not ready for anything. I still inlove with him and don't want to use anyone just to move on

" I'm going with you!" I look at him and blinks a few time after I thought what does he mean by that?

"But..."

"You always have problems saying no to others! You always say yes to them! You can say no if you really don't want! It doesn't matter if they're nice! We are talking about here is what you want not on what they want!" Jiminie take a seat beside me convincing me that it's okay to denied them

I look down feeling wrong, fidgeting my fingers. He holds my hands pulling it to him

" Think about yourself okay? It should be what you don't want!"  I nod a little understanding him

"when is this? I'm coming with you or you want me to tell him some excuse for you not to go?"

" Today at 6pm but isn't it wrong if I'm told him I really don't want to go?"

" I will handle him for you Tae don't worry okay! What else you want to do here, I'll move it for you" he stands up  looking around what to move

" That side table, can you put it here and that too on that corner" I said giving him instructions. He starts to lift things and we're done when someone rings my bell

I look at  the watch and think who might that be, it's only 4pm, Jimin opens the door to see who is it

"Ms. Kim Taehyung? Delivery from Mia's flower shop" a young boy smile handling him the bouquet and a box with a ribbon in it

" Yes" Jimin said confuse

"You can sign here sir... That will be all and have a nice day" the boy bows before leaving. Jiminie hold it looking for a note walking to me

"Where did it come from?"

"There's no note here Tae"

"Maybe it comes from that Mark? It's beautiful!" I look at the flowers and its smell nice

"I'm going to put this in a fridge" Jimin take a hold of the box walking to the kitchen

"Who might order this for you?" He yell from the fridge closing it, took a large vase filling up with water

"I don't know... " I said still enjoying the flowers in my arms

"I don't like it... " Jimin get the flowers from me to start arranging it to the vase

"Why, it's beautiful!" I smile because I really like it and whoever's he it, so thoughtful of him

"Tae, I like you too.. you know that right?" He said facing me..

"Yeah I know but you're my bestest friend" I hold a single rose caressing its petals looking at it avoiding his gaze on me

"Can't you date me?"

"But.... It's awkward to do that"

"Awkward you say? I'm your friend for the longest time, we know each other very well, our parents are close friends too"

"Yeah but still, I can't see you dating me" I held the rose in its stem and didn't notice a thorn in it.. it pricks my finger and it's instantly bleed

"Ouch" I drop it and look at my hand. Jiminie heard me and left the flowers to attend my hands

"Be careful!"  he press it and let the blood drop and put it in his mouth. I look at him shock. I pull my hands out of him and turn to the sink to runs a tap water on it. I'm getting shy to him. He's a very nice friend, he always takes care of me and I feel I'm abusing his kindness

"Sorry.." I heard him saying behind me

"I didn't mean to Tae, I... I'm sorry" he look down and feel guilty

"Why are saying sorry? It's fine... I ah.. I should be the one to say sorry for always refusing you... "

" I understand, you're not ready yet and I'm annoying you, insisting to date someone like me"

" No, don't go there Jiminie.. it's nothing like that. I don't want to lose you as my friend, I'm scared.. I.. ah... What if we.. we didn't work out and I did something to hurt you, I... I just don't want to lose you Jiminie. I can't"

" I thought you don't want to date me because I'm nothing like Jungkook... I mean look at the guy. He's tall, handsome, funny, bulky and... "

" Stop okay! Don't compare yourself to him! You are you and there's....."

" You saying that to me while I'm telling you the same thing when you are getting insecure about the girls that have a crush on him when it's clear that you're more than beautiful than them" he said cutting me of

" That's why we're best friends... " I smile at him

" Let me see your hand!" He pulled my hands to him looking at my wound.. it's stop from bleeding, he took a napkin to dry them

" If you're worried of hurting me don't! I promise, I won't change even we don't work out.. I'm still your best friend and there's no one who can replace you, just give me a chance at least? before you will date that Mark guy!?" He said still holding my hand smiling

I look down thinking

"Okay, I'll date you but... Don't expect too much?" I smile at him and he pulls me...

"Yeah, I know... I'm ready for anything, don't worry... I'll take care of you Tae., You trust me right?"

I nod and hug him back
