Y/N HYAKUYA POV:

Relax.

Relaxing is a great thing.

Well, that's what I finally get to do.

Take a break.

"This Library is a very dusty place," I say to myself, brushing my fingers along the spines of each passing book.

Momentarily, I am in the library because of two reasons.

Reason number 1) I finally have a break from cleaning for seven days and I'm bored.

Reason number 2) I love books.

It has almost been a full week since I was patched up by Lord Crowley and the next day I was told to be "excused from my duties" due to the injuries that were due upon me.

The first day realizing this I was still in a lot of pain, and not to mention I was still in the hospital gown.

But now, I was given a new set of attire.

Another dress of course, but this one was a bit different from my previous one.

This dress that was given to me was still black and white, but it had a wider collar and more ruffles, I was also handed a new pair of black flats.

I was a bit surprised when I received my new clothing because it was slightly more fancy, classy even, for a maid at least.

I still needed to be bandaged for one more day, today, that's why I'm in the library.

I decided to read a short novel that was about 130 pages long, this short story was more of a documentary of information.

This informational book was called "Progenitor".

I knew the basics of what they were at first, high ranking vampires, and that there were 19 of them, but my mind didn't expect what the chapters had held.

It was the Progenitor Council.

I discovered that the Council is led by a second and the current strongest progenitor. A hundred years ago, most progenitors were used for the exhilaration of humans from the beginning.

The council meetings are held in vampire Progenitors' castles where they contact each other through a video call. The Progenitors only meet in person if they are punishing vampires or dealing with an important matter.

I also discovered the rules off not just progenitors but for any vampire itself, there are five.

1)Vampires are forbidden from meddling with the Seraph of the End and the violation will result in imprisonment for all eternity.

2)Prior to the Apocalypse, vampires were forbidden from meddling with human affairs.

3)Drinking blood from another vampire is taboo.

4)Only nobles are permitted to turn a human into a vampire.

And 5)Vampires are not allowed to use another vampire's blood to turn a human into a vampire. If they do so, both the sire and the young vampire will be subjected to imprisonment for all eternity.

Those rules got me thinking about a few things, an example being rule number two, would that have a severe impact on how I live my life if it even gets to be carried on in the future?

Some punishments follow different rules and the person.

If a Vampire and or a Progenitor is found breaking one of the laws, the progenitor council or the highest progenitor at the time can punish them at their own discretion depending on how severe their transgression.
