Aarya had been in a coma for a week. Aarav made sure to come every day to check on her, and took care of her - He left the hospital when the visiting hours are over.
Seeing Aarya's health is not improving, he decided to visit Uncle Rajeev to inquire about her condition.
Rajeev stood up from the sofa. "Please have a seat," he gestured for Aarav to sit down.
They both sat down on the same sofa and faced each other. "How's everyone at home?" Uncle Rajeev asked.
"Everything is great. I'm here to ask about the girl's condition, I hope everything is fine,".
"When she is ready. Aarav, do you know anything about her family or someone close to her?"
"She has her luggage locked with a password. Only her guitar case, but nothing useful. It seems she is a musician who travels from place to place to showcase her talent. I hope she recovers soon,".
"You've nothing to worry about. Look at the bright side, she's my patient,"
Aarav let out a deep breath and leaned his back on the sofa with his leg crossed. "I hope so, I hope so uncle,".
A lady walked into the living room with a tray of refreshments. "You've got nothing to worry about she has the best doctor in town. Also, with my cousin's warm heart. She will get up soon." She said and kept the tray in front of Aarav on a table.
Rajeev laughed.
"When did you come home? How's your husband?" Aarav asked, opening a bottle of water.
"Why do you care? When you come to our beautiful city, you never come to visit me. Maama went on the pilgrimage and I'm here to take care of papa. I'm going to visit the girl, What do you say?"
"That's a fantastic idea, Ruhi" replied Uncle Rajeev.
"I'll go to the hospital tomorrow,".
"I pity your husband because you never stay home," said Aarav.
Ruhi smiled, as she fiddled with her hair. "Don't worry, he went abroad for work."

In the hospital room, Aarya's petite frame lay on the bed, with Ivs snaking from the crooks of her elbow. A large tube was jammed into her mouth and taped there, with a heart monitor showing vibrant colors and numbers beside the bed.
A nurse walked inside the room holding notepad, and beeline to the heart monitor to examine it.
Aarav is resting his head on the hospital bed. Aarya moved her fingers slowly as her eyes flickered open.
"Wow, finally you wake up!" The nurse checking the heart monitor squealed, her voice loud than she intended.
Aarav looked up, straightening his posture on the chair. Aarya tried to sit up and couldn't, tears coming down her eyes.
Her eyes fixed on him, sad and uncertain, he didn't know what to do.
He glanced at the nurse "Why can't she sit up?"
"Everything is alright, she won't be able to sit up as she just woke up. Let me call the head of the nurse in charge,".
The nurse trotted out of the room. Aarav fixed his gaze on Aarya, with a smile on his face. "Everything will be fine," he said, his voice softening.
The door opened and Ruhi walked inside with a basket full of fruits. A smile appeared on her face as she saw Aarya awake.
"Hello, I'm Aarav's sister, Ruhi," Ruhi introduced herself and kept the basket on a table near the window.
Aarya blinked her eyes.
The nurse walked in with the head nurse - The nurse Aarav fought with the day he brought Aarya; at the hospital entrance.
"What is he doing here? Who assigned him to look after her?" Aarav queried with annoyance and hate in his tone, he can beat up the head nurse if given a chance.
"Why are you saying that? Tarak is one of the best nurses in the hospital," explained Ruhi. "I'm pretty sure that's the reason father assigned him to her,".
"Wow... That's great, that's what gave him the chance to treat us anyhow he damn pleases...,"
Ruhi held Aarav's hand and dragged him out of the room. "Why did you let him be with her?" As they walked out of the room, Aarav questioned.
"When there is an accident, you have to report it to the police first. He's following the rules,".
"Did you saw how disrespectful he was towards me?" Aarav asked, his eyebrows knitting in anger.
"Be patient with him and make peace for the girl," said Ruhi, hugging him and leaving him standing in deep thought.
