chuuya walked along the tall building, where dazai told him to meet up. it was gray and gloomy with a tint of purple. the height of the building made his ears feel pressure, and the wind could throw a toddler off if it wanted to. the wind felt like a whip, considering on how cold it already was on top of the building the wind of course did not make it much better. chuuya looked at a tall figure which was standing somewhat near the edge of the building as the wind dried his eyes and made rabid blinks.
"took you long enough." the figure said rather loudly as he looked back at the ginger.
chuuya made his way over to him, the silence of the wind took over for a few seconds before the ginger finally spoke up, "cant believe i'm actually fucking doing this."
the figure, dazai looked down at him, "well, we have no where else to go, do we?" he said as the wind whipped their clothes and messed up their hair.
chuuya looked up at dazai and then looked away, "no, it seems that we don't." chuuya said with a gentle sigh at the end.
"great, you ready?" dazai said as he took a hold of chuuya's hand
chuuya felt his and the brown hairs fingers intertwine, he looked up at him with glossy eyes, there was no room to complain, or yell, or kick him, this was it, he's done it many times before and even more, "i'd rather be the one killing you." he said as he followed dazai,
"well, you had all of those times where you could, and yet you've still ended up here." dazai said as he pulled chuuya in closer.
chuuya looked up at him with an annoyed expression, he hated how he always had a good point, or was always right. and he'd hate it until death, literally.
dazai gave him a soft expression, waiting for the ginger to announce that he's ready.
chuuya stuttered at the brown haired expression, ",,i'm,, ready,," chuuya finally admitted, and not even a few seconds later dazai took chuuya into his arms and leaned down off of the building.
it was comforting, having eachother in the others arms, filling eachother up with their warmth as the coldness pierced their skin.
they took circles around, having a mute debate on who shall hit the ground the hardest. eventually, they've settled on dazai. so maybe, chuuya could feel like he's done what he always seemed want to do, murder the brunette.
still, in each others warm, a house filled in their arms. their stomachs yet twisting and turning.
they felt as they reached further to the ground.
"thank you." the brunette got out before their bodies crashed into the pavement, leaving an echo of cracks, their body losing their breaths and air. and yet, as their lifeless body's lay, their arms are still wrapped around one another
